Research On The Design Of Fushun "Zhongji City Square" Commercial Complex

With the rapid development of the city,the diversified and compound development of urban space has become inevitable.The continuous improvement of people’s living standard has led to the continuous improvement of various aspects of their needs.On the one hand,the improvement of material aspects,namely shopping,and on the other hand,the improvement of the spiritual aspect,namely leisure and entertainment.With the increasing pressure of urban residents to work,study and live,shopping alone can no longer relieve pressure.The traditional shopping center,which only provides Commodity Exchange,can no longer provide one-stop service for consumers.In this context,urban commercial complex emerges as the emerging thing.The emergence of urban commercial complex not only meets the material and spiritual needs of urban residents,but also drives the development of urban economy and provides more employment opportunities for the society.Therefore,at present,more and more cities begin to form commercial complexes with different functions,which makes them appear prosperous,developing and blooming everywhere.In recent years,especially in the past five years,the educational world is becoming more and more attention to the development of urban commercial complex,the reason is that the rapid rise also appeared many problems at the same time,many of these problems are due to the prophase project design phase of projects have a comprehensive consideration,in the final production use and a lot of problems in practical operation.Under the guidance of relevant theoretical basis,combining with the development of the domestic and foreign urban commercial complex situation and the problems,the author participated in the design of Fushun "base in the city square project" to the design of the specific details for detail analysis,so as to the future related domestic cities provide effective reference for the design of the commercial complex construction.The first chapter introduces the background,the research object and its current situation,the significance and purpose of the research as well as the research method and framework in detail.The second chapter introduces the emergence,development and characteristics of urban commercial complex,discusses its spatial design,and briefly discusses the research on the human flow line and spatial complex within the complex.The third chapter takes the construction and development of typical urban commercial complexes in China as an example,analyzes the defects and deficiencies existing in the design and use of commercial complexes at present,and puts forward solutions.The fourth chapter takes three typical urban commercial complexes in foreign countries as examples to analyze their development advantages and problems in long-term operation,which provides reference for the planning and construction of commercial complexes in China.The fifth chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the design process of Fushun "Zhongji City Square" project.It is hoped to provide a feasible reference for future related urban commercial complex design time and academic research.
