| As the world’s largest auto market,China has attracted many auto parts manufacturers to increase investment in China.At present,the automotive industry is also facing the impact of industrial reform represented by the new four modernizations.At the same time,the new generation of consumers have more and more variability,uncertainty,fuzziness and complexity,constantly testing enterprises,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.In this process,continuously improving customer satisfaction has always been the business philosophy actively advocated by major companies.Therefore,auto parts manufacturers have to further improve the practical problems faced by their own enterprises,such as the contents related to R &D engineering change management,so as to continuously improve customer satisfaction.In order to maximize the market share,the main engine manufacturers of all parties in the domestic market compete with each other and are eager to try various new functions in the automotive field,which also leads to the continuous change of the demand of the automotive market.Therefore,the daily norm in the automotive parts industry is the frequent change demand of the client.Therefore,in such an environment,how to improve and optimize the enterprise change management process and meet the voice of customers in the domestic market for further improving the efficiency of engineering change is a topic that needs to be discussed here.This paper analyzes the current situation of R & D change management process applied by the R & D Department of company C to deal with customer change requirements and the current situation of internal organizational structure,and supports the real focus problems faced in the current change management process.Then it is carried out from two different dimensions: 1)from the perspective of continuous process improvement and optimization,the BPR theory is applied to the R & D engineering change management process,and then the advantages of the new processing process are evaluated from the perspectives of time cycle and cost.2)From the perspective of improving and optimizing the organizational structure of the R & D department,combined with the corresponding characteristics of the organizational structure,and then clearly determine the responsibilities of each post of the newly established mass production project support department,this paper gives the actual scheme of the tree structure of the organizational structure of the newly designed R &D department.This paper is based on the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,it leads to the problem and explains the significance of the research,summarizes the theory and research status involved in solving the problem,and then analyzes the causes of the problem according to the actual situation of C company;Finally,the specific scheme to improve the application of change management process in the R & D Department of company C is promoted for implementation,which can also provide relevant improvement and optimization experience for other domestic auto parts enterprises in the future. |
