AC traction motor(AC traction motor)has been widely used in many fields because of its simple and firm structure,reliable operation,high power,and high speed.However,due to its large noise during operation,it not only has an adverse effect on the working environment and human health,but also limits its promotion and application in some special fields.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on noise reduction methods of AC traction motors.In view of the fact that electromagnetic noise is the main factor that causes high noise in AC traction motors,based on the analysis of the main reasons,the article proposes the noise reduction of stator teeth slotting and inscribed arc type stator tooth shoulder chamfering noise reduction.Two methods can effectively reduce its electromagnetic noise,and their effects have been verified by simulation and experiments.The main contents include:1.Briefly introduce the main factors causing AC traction motor noise and its basic characteristics,explain the research overview and existing shortcomings of AC traction motor electromagnetic noise suppression at home and abroad,propose corresponding solutions and introduce the chapter arrangement of the paper.2.The electromagnetic noise generation mechanism of the AC traction motor is explained,the radial air gap magnetic density and the radial electromagnetic force of the AC traction motor are analyzed,the force wave contained in the air gap magnetic field of the AC traction motor is obtained,and the radial direction is introduced.The calculation method of electromagnetic force harmonic order.3.Based on the analysis of the electromagnetic noise generation mechanism of AC traction motor,a noise reduction method of AC traction motor stator tooth slotting is proposed.The noise reduction mechanism of this method is analyzed in combination with magnetic potential and magnetic flux density,and the finite element method is used.The noise reduction effect is verified,and the slotting position and slot size are the optimization objects,electromagnetic noise is the optimization target,and the particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize it,and the corresponding best slotting data is obtained,so as to achieve better The noise reduction effect.4.In order to further improve the electromagnetic noise suppression effect of AC traction motors,a noise reduction method based on inscribed arc-based AC traction motor stator shoulder angle is proposed,and the motor stator tooth shoulder adopts inscribed arc type chamfering treatment.The functional relationship of the air gap width between the front and rear stator slots and the rotor surface with the rotor position is analyzed.The influence of the stator shoulder chamfering treatment on the electromagnetic noise of the motor is analyzed,and the effect is verified by finite element analysis.The effect of the method of shoulder chamfering was compared and analyzed.5.Optimize the relevant parameters of the AC traction motor stator shoulder chamfering noise reduction method based on the inscribed arc,that is,the chamfer size and the stator tooth shoe oblique angle height are the optimization objects,and the electromagnetic noise and operating efficiency are optimized Goal,the particle swarm multi-objective optimization algorithm is used to optimize it,and the optimization goal of the optimal coordination of electromagnetic noise and operating efficiency is achieved. |
