Microwave Wireless Power Transmission(MWPT)refers to the concept of wireless transmission of energy over long distances using electromagnetic fields as relay energy carriers.After decades of rapid development,MWPT technology has great military and civil value in the fields of solar space power station,unmanned aerial vehicle energy supply,sensor node energy supply,wireless power supply for Io T equipment,and energy transmission between space vehicles.The MWPT system is mainly composed of three parts,including two subsystems,which are microwave transmission,microwave reception and related spatial transmission.Rectenna in receiving subsystem is used to receive and convert energy.Its performance is very important to ensure the overall energy conversion efficiency of MWPT system.This thesis focuses on the receiving subsystem of MWPT system,focusing on the key technologies such as high efficiency rectifier circuit,circularly polarized conformal rectenna,broadband rectenna,etc.Micro-unmanned Aerial Vehicle(MAV)is used as the receiving system carrier,and ultimately the design of ultra-wide-band omnidirectional circularly polarized three-dimensional MAV energy transfer system is completed.Firstly,in view of the large size of 2.45 GHz rectenna and the difficulty of integrated design,this thesis innovatively puts forward a conformal circular polarized dipole rectenna.The rectifier circuit size is reduced by the bended coplanar stripline design of the feeder,and the conformal circular polarized antenna is designed by using the capillary copper tube as the dipole antenna arm.Tests show that when the input power is 14 d Bm,the overall efficiency of the rectenna is more than 70%.At the same time,in view of the narrow frequency range of the rectenna and the narrow bandwidth of the environment energy that can be collected,a compact rectifier circuit with input power of 13 d Bm and rectification efficiency of 4.9-7.9 GHz is designed by using the branch matching principle and frequency selection diode topology,which integrates with a wide-band circularly polarized antenna.The test gain of the antenna is2.2 d Bi.HFSS-ADS co-simulation technology is used in the design to increase the accuracy of rectifier antenna design.Finally,on the basis of previous research,the S-band dipole conformal rectenna and C-band broadband rectenna designed earlier are integrated on MAV,and a threedimensional wide-band omni-directional circular polarization MAV energy transfer system is built,and the demonstration of the system is completed.This receiving system has great innovation in the field of UAV application,which lays a technical foundation for the follow-up study of UAV ultra-long-range.
