Since the 1980 s,in the field of construction,intelligent buildings have gradually entered the stage of world development.With its advantages in energy saving,convenience and many other aspects,it has gradually become a new benchmark leading the development of the construction industry.Judging from the current world development situation,energy conservation and emission reduction,and taking a green development path have become the trend of the times.Under the influence of these factors,the building automation industry has developed rapidly.This paper takes the building automation system of A Co.,Ltd.as the research object,makes full use of marketing theories and tools,and focuses on analyzing the marketing strategy of A Co.,Ltd.’s building automation system.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad.Summarize the related concepts and marketing theories and methods involved in this article.Secondly,taking the 4P marketing theory as the research framework,summarizes the current situation of the building automation system marketing of A Youxin Company,and further explores the problems existing in the marketing strategy of the building automation system of A Co.,Ltd.,using the PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model.Systematically analyze the macro environment and industry competition environment.Combined with the SWOT analysis method,it makes a comprehensive summary of the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of A Co.,Ltd.Thirdly,on the basis of STP theory,determine the market positioning of A Co.,Ltd.’s automatic control system marketing,and analyze the factors that affect the target customers of A Co.,Ltd.’s automatic control system combined with a questionnaire survey.Finally,based on the content of the above analysis,combined with the 4P marketing theory,the marketing strategy of the building automation system of A Co.,Ltd.is proposed.In terms of products,it is proposed that differentiated products should be constructed for different customer groups.In terms of price,it is proposed that the price that should be considered by customers’ psychological expectations should be considered.In terms of channels,multi-dimensional marketing channels should be expanded.In terms of promotion,targeted advertising should be used to promote product promotion.Corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the implementation of the marketing of the building automation system of A Co.,Ltd.This paper takes the building automation system of A Co.,Ltd.as an actual case,and applies marketing theories and analysis tools to put forward corresponding marketing strategies,which can better guide A Co.,Ltd.to carry out the marketing work of the building automation system,and provide marketing for the same type of enterprises and products.Ideas for reference.
