Scaffolding is an essential temporary support structure in building construction,divided into indoor scaffolding and outdoor scaffolding,where outdoor scaffolding mainly plays the role of safety protection and construction of the required outdoor work surface,for the traditional outdoor overhanging scaffolding,steel sections occupy the floor work surface,affecting the wall masonry,floor corner sections are easy to cross,resulting in insufficient anchorage length,bringing hidden risks to project safety.In recent years,the project will be anchored in the side of the beam or shear wall,through the basket bar using the pull-up type,there is no corresponding national norms and standards on this outdoor scaffolding,only some local and enterprise preparation of local and enterprise standards,in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the stability and load-bearing capacity of the basket-shaped diagonal tie bar type section steel overhang scaffolding,this paper from the traditional overhang scaffolding structure force performance,the first of which is a study of the traditional overhang scaffolding.Firstly,we give an overview of the mechanical properties of the basket-shaped overhanging scaffold,then we conduct theoretical calculation and experimental research through a specific engineering case,then we establish the corresponding model for simulation analysis through ABAQUS software,and finally we conduct numerical analysis of the scaffold support system under different working conditions,and the main research contents and some results are mainly reflected in the following aspects.1.Research on mechanical properties of anchorage point test:According to the overall structure of scaffolding and site characteristics,analyze the influence of the respective anchorage points of sections and diagonal ties on the overall and individual force performance.2.Through the specific project,the first theoretical calculation,and then the field test actual measurement,and finally through the simplified model,using finite element simulation of the project,the three stress-strain comparison analysis,analysis that the stress of the inclined tie rod than the stress of the steel,and the risk factor is higher than the steel,so the site should focus on the protection of the inclined tie rod.3.Analysis of the effect of the size of the flower basket torque:by using three different sets of tests to twist the flower basket,observe the pattern of change in the flower basket data,in the installation of the diagonal tie to use the torque wrench operation and the torque shall not exceed 260N·m,to avoid the phenomenon of slippage that the diagonal tie damage.4.Installation of inclined ties on the requirements of concrete:according to the bolt transfer characteristics,as well as the force characteristics of concrete,analysis of the concrete shear and compressive requirements,to obtain the expression of concrete strength,according to the expression of the required time to reach the strength before the installation of inclined ties,to eliminate the safety risks caused by concrete damage.5.Analysis of the influence of the angle of the inclined tie rod:indirectly adjust the angle of the planter bar and the steel section by adjusting the height of the connection between the planter bar and the wall,using ABAQUS software to simulate the stress of the planter bar under different angles,the angle of the planter bar is too small will make the stress of the planter bar increase,and the angle cannot be too large,the angle is best at70°-75°when installed by analysis.6.The influence of the tilt of the frame on the overall scaffolding:the tilt of the scaffolding will produce additional bending moment,through the simulation analysis of the stress changes in the steel sections at different tilt angles,the analysis can be seen that the tilt of the scaffolding shall not exceed H2/400.7.Overload impact analysis:flower basket-shaped diagonal ties type overhanging scaffolding in the section steel,ties,flower basket,anchor bolts,anchorage point concrete,etc.to form a whole,as long as there is a damage,the rack will appear safety risks,analysis know the relevant formula for reference use.Figure[56]table[19]reference[61]...
