| Residential architecture has always been a type of architecture closely related to people since ancient times.In the decades after the reform and opening up,China’s urban population is increasing,many cities build a large number of high-rise residential buildings to improve the utilization rate of land.But high-rise housing is also facing many problems,such as lack of sunlight for lower-level residents and increasingly indifferent neighborhood contacts.As an ancient architectural design technique that continues to this day,building overhead emerges at the historic moment at the bottom of high-rise residential buildings,which is widely used to optimize residential supporting design,provide residents with places for activities,and improve the quality of life.In this thesis,the bottom overhead of high-rise residential buildings in Hefei city as the research object,starting from the literature,to understand the research status of the residential bottom overhead space at home and abroad.Then field research is carried out to collect the information of the current situation of the bottom overhead layer of the existing high-rise residential buildings in Hefei.Through the combination of theoretical research and case analysis,the influencing factors,design principles and strategies of the overhead layer space are analyzed.Finally,through the actual project,the theoretical research is applied to the actual case,trying to seek a kind of design strategy and method suitable for the current high-rise residential overhead space.The thesis is divided into four parts and consists of six chapters:The first part is to raise questions and contains the first chapter.This thesis mainly combs the relevant research at home and abroad to fully understand the development history of overhead and the necessity of modern high-rise residential overhead.At the same time,determine the research method,summarize the research purpose and significance.The second part is the analysis of the problem,including the second and third chapters.At first,the author makes a theoretical study on the overhead layer at the bottom of high-rise residential buildings,and summarizes the development status,existing problems,main types and main influencing factors of the overhead layer design of high-rise residential buildings.Secondly,a field survey of several typical high-rise residential districts in Hefei was conducted to obtain more complete status data and user experience of the elevated floor,and the design of the existing elevated floor of the existing high-rise residential buildings in Hefei was evaluated.The third part is to solve the problem,including the fourth chapter,through the above theoretical research and field investigation,summarizes the actual needs of the overhead floor users,and deduce the design principles and strategies suitable for the overhead floor space of the high-rise residential buildings in hefei :(1)well-organized space enclosure;(2)Create an appropriate space microclimate;(3)Set up reasonable landscape and facilities;(4)Improve the compatibility of space environment.The fourth part is the fifth chapter of practice verification.Based on the above research results,a design scheme is proposed for the middle and high-rise residential overhead floor in Hefei Aoyuan Longchuan Jiuzhu residential area.Optimize space sequence of overhead layer,improve various space functions of overhead layer,improve space quality of overhead layer,so as to bring better living experience to residents.Finally,it provides extended ideas for the design of the elevated floor of the high-rise residential buildings in Hefei.At the end of this thesis,a summary of the whole thesis is made,facing up to the shortcomings of the research,and the prospect of the future related research.Figure[62]table[8]reference[55]... |
