The Optimization Research Of The House Type Of Hefei High-rise Affordable Housing

Chinese urban construction has a rapid development in recent years,the development and construction of welfare-oriented housing is also at an unprecedented speed and scale in city.Under the background of the shortage of urban land resources,high-rise residential buildings have unique advantages in saving land and improving development efficiency.At the same time,the huge population accommodation of high-rise welfare-oriented housing,and relative to the compact area of commercial housing has brought a series of problems to affordable homes,such as compact indoor space,unreasonable space design,the lack of a sense of belonging and community identity.Based on the principle of people oriented,the point of view of “humanization”,the author takes the needs of human physiology,psychology,behavior and emotion as the basis.First,based on the investigation of the living condition of the housing residents in Hefei area,a series of problems from the current situation of a city high-rise welfare-oriented housing,this paper analyzes the ideological connotation and basic principle based on humanized apartment layout design.Then,this paper studies the high-rise welfare-oriented housing from the aspects of functional design,spatial layout,apartment layout design of different residential areas,and puts forward the corresponding improvement design,in order to alleviate the impact of cramped living environment on residents and improves the living quality of high-rise welfare-oriented housing.The paper mainly includes three parts.The first part clarifies the background,the purpose,significance of the research,the basic ideas,the main research content and framework.Based on the actual investigation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the absence humanized design of the high-rise welfare-oriented housing and constructs the theoretical framework for the design of high-rise welfare-oriented housing.The second part is based on the analysis of the psychological behavior characteristics and residence demand of high-rise welfare-oriented housing.It probes into the design method of the three aspects of the function,space and the area of the high-rise residential buildings,and further expounds the design strategy through the design example.The third part summarizes the main conclusions of the paper,and puts forward the prospects and the insufficiency.
