At present,high-rise residence has gradually become the main way of living in large and medium-sized cities in China. As a new spatial structure, the ground floor overhead space can provide residents with a neighborhood communication space and effectively solve the problem of neighborhood apathy in high-rise residential quarters.Based on the theory of neighborhood communication, this paper analyzes the behavior and demand of neighborhood communication in the high-rise residential overhead floor, and puts forward the optimization strategy of the overhead floor to promote neighborhood communication.First, the thesis investigates the ground floor overhead space of the high-rise residential district in Hefei, and analyzes its current status and the activities of specific neighborhood interactions.Secondly, based on these specific neighborhood exchanges, investigate their active crowds, activity laws, and activity methods, etc.,and combine specific investigations on the overhead layer, from the location, scale, external environment, internal interface and layout, and activity facilities of the overhead layer This section analyzes the impact on neighborhood interactions. Finally, after the previous investigation and analysis, from the macro to the micro,an optimization strategy is proposed for the overhead space in the high-rise residential area. The full text focuses on the elevated floors of high-rise residential buildings in Hefei as the research object, with specific neighborhood interactions in the elevated floors as the objective,a more objective analysis of the actual status of the elevated floors, and the optimization of overhead spaces for different neighborhood interactions I hope to get more help for the construction and development of the overhead layer.
