Abstract/Summary:
The realization of modernization needs to go through the urbanization route.Urbanization is also a necessary means for the industry to expand domestic demand and promote structural transformation, and it is also the internal driving force for maintaining coordinated and sustainable development within the region. And the solution to the "three rural" problem also needs the help of urbanization.Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization has developed rapidly, and urban space has become a space carrier for urbanization development and social economic activities. Its urban spatial structure usually has problems such as unreasonable structural distribution, large scale difference, and single morphological structure.Going on will have a serious impact on the rapid development of urbanization. At the same time, the party and the state also attach great importance to the strategic role of regional spatial planning. The conferences have repeatedly emphasized the importance of regional coordinated development and the need to accelerate urban construction. The purpose of the optimization and upgrading of urban spatial structure is to speed up the urbanization construction, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, coordinate the sustainable development of towns at all levels, and improve the quality of new urbanization.Guided by the theory of urban spatial structure, this paper focuses on the overall goal of urban spatial structure optimization in the western region of Heilongjiang Province. It mainly discusses the comprehensive development level and realistic spatial pattern of county towns in the western part of Heilongjiang Province:First, the county towns in the western part of Heilongjiang Province are constructed. The comprehensive evaluation index system uses the system index construction model to analyze the ranking of the county towns in the western region in terms of economic development level, people’s livelihood resources and education level, and then conducts comprehensive ranking analysis to predict the core towns in the urban spatial pattern; The component analysis method determines the quality of the town, uses the urban space gravity model to analyze the gravitational relationship between the towns, uses the Arcgis software to draw the gravitational line, sorts out the urban spatial structure network, andconsiders the spatial location factor together with the comprehensive level ranking, andanalyzes the western part of Heilongjiang Province. The pattern of real space contact between districts and counties. The study found that:(1)The overall structure of urban space in the western part of Heilongjiang Province is a dual-core and multi-pole development model.Daqing urban area is the core radiation area, which has a strong agglomeration effect on surrounding counties and towns, and also has more High dominance.(2)The comprehensive development level of the northern region is weak, and the northern region is weakly connected with the southern region, and most of them are at the level of four levels of contact.(3)Comprehensive analysis of 15 county towns based on comprehensive development level and urban gravitational pattern, determine core urban nodes, and, based on the development of urban and rural industries, classify industrial clusters with agriculture as the leading factor, with industrial energy as Three types of urban clusters:urban clusters in leading industries and urban clusters with tourism services as the leading industry.(4)It is recommended to promote the development of different types of urban clusters by core towns, thereby optimizing the spatial structure of the western region and improving the level of urbanization, and providing useful reference for the optimization of urban spatial pattern in other regions.
