At present,due to the unreasonable urban development planning and the continuous expansion of urban scale in China,the underlying surface layer of the city has undergone great changes,and the natural sponges of river and lake systems,wetlands,green Spaces and other natural sponges have been greatly occupied.High-rise buildings and impervious ground have replaced the original natural sponges,and the urban water ecological balance has been broken.The sponge city development model is put forward to alleviate or solve the urban water problems,which cause the shortage of urban water resources,the deterioration of water environment,frequent floods and the degradation of water ecosystem.Although more than 400 cities in China have proposed sponge city development plans,the connotation of sponge city is not thoroughly understood in various regions,and many cities are still in the stage of theoretical research.At present,the research on sponge city construction in China is still in the early stage of practice,and there is no unified evaluation standard for the effect of sponge city construction.Therefore,the key to solve the problem is to construct a scientific and unified evaluation standard for sponge city construction and how to select the evaluation model.This paper mainly carries out the following research work: Point one.This paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of sponge city construction,summarizes the research on sponge city construction and evaluation system at home and abroad,sorts out the basic theory and practical exploration of sponge city,and also clarifies the connotation,characteristics and essence of sponge city.Point two.Based on theoretical research,the influencing factors of sponge city construction level are put forward,including six aspects of water ecology,water resources,water environment,water security,economic strength and scientific and technological level.A preliminary evaluation index system was preliminarily constructed around the six influencing factors,and the index system was screened through correlation analysis,and the final evaluation index system was established based on expert opinions.point three.Principal component analysis was used to calculate the comprehensive score and rank,comprehensively evaluate the sponge city construction level of 34 cities in the eastern region,and analyze the scores of each principal component.On this basis,cluster analysis was conducted on the sponge city construction in the eastern region,which was also the verification of the comprehensive evaluation results.point four.The entropy method is used to comprehensively evaluate the sponge city construction level in Shanghai in recent ten years.Based on the calculation results and comprehensive evaluation ranking,the dynamic changes of sponge city construction level and each factor layer in Shanghai in recent ten years are analyzed.point five.Grey forecasting model GM(1,1)is used to predict the construction level of sponge city in Shanghai.The research results of this paper show that the established sponge city evaluation index system and evaluation model are relatively scientific and reasonable,and the empirical results are consistent with the reality of sponge city development in eastern China.This paper not only selects the region as the research object,but also makes a more in-depth analysis of typical cities,trying to explore the evaluation method and application suitable for China’s sponge city construction level,so as to promote sponge city construction with Chinese characteristics.Figure [7] table [18] reference [44]... |
