In order to deal with the problem of urban waterlogging effectively and improve the utilization rate of rainwater resources,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of sponge cities in recent years.The construction of sponge residential area is a part of the construction of sponge city.Promoting the development of sponge residential area project is conducive to promoting the development of the overall construction of sponge city.Sponge residential area project,because contains the sponge city construction concept,in the process of project development,construction,compared with the ordinary residential area project will have more risk factors.The project construction stage is the stage when the construction project turns into an entity.In order to ensure the realization of the overall construction goal of sponge city,it is particularly important to study the risk management in the construction stage of sponge residential project.This paper first sorts out the relevant concepts and basic theories of risk management in the construction stage of sponge residential project,and expounds the pca-ahp mixed model,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following specific research work.After to HK sponge residential project as a case study object,this paper investigates the present conditions of the project risk management,and through the grounded theory,identify HK sponge residential risks during project construction,project construction phase of the risk can be divided into five categories: technical risk,management risk,environment risk,risk factors and risk decision-making target,and 18 subdivision secondary indexes,set up a relatively complete system of risk assessment,and organize the experts on the project risk identification results for the inspection.Then,according to the results of risk identification,a questionnaire was designed to collect data.The sample data were analyzed by principal component analysis method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the weight values of the two indicators were obtained.PCA and AHP mixed model was constructed to obtain integrates two kinds of weights,and according to the weight of the optimized results,to ABC classification to determine the HK residential project construction phase of the key risks are: risk of sponge sponge and city construction technology immaturity,risk of communication and coordination,risk of project cost,risk of insufficient professionals in sponge City and risk of the project schedule.Finally,according to the project risk assessment results in combination with the practical situation of HK project,put forward reasonable countermeasures to deal with the key risks from the perspective of the project participants,in order to pass the proposed risk response strategy to HK sponge smooth construction residential projects play a role in promoting,to perfect the sponge residential project risk management theory to study play a role in promoting,on the other sponge city construction projects can provide certain reference function.
