Study On Large-scale Promotion Strategy Of Prefabricated Buildings In Anhui Province Based On System Dynamics

The "14th Five-Year Plan" period has arrived,adhering to the concept of sustainable development of social resources and following the requirements of supply-side structural reform.At present,the state is trying to promote the rapid development of the prefabricated building scale in various provinces and cities,which will be conducive to promoting the large-scale promotion of the prefabricated building industry.However,the prefabricated building in Anhui province is still in the preliminary stage of development as a whole,and there is still a certain gap in large-scale promotion and development compared with the more developed areas in China.This paper uses the literature analysis method to identify many factors affecting the large-scale development of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province,screens out the factors affecting the large-scale promotion of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province through expert consultation method,analyzes the factors with the help of SPSS 22.0software,extracts 5 common factors,and finally determines 21 influencing factors.Questionnaire survey was used to collect data,which were named as influencing factors of policy support,influencing factors of market environment,influencing factors of economic cost,influencing factors of publicity and cognition,and influencing factors of technical support according to classification characteristics.Based on this,the index system of large-scale promotion of prefabricated buildings in Anhui province is established.Through the structural equation modeling of the above influencing factors,with the help of feasibility analysis and reasonable research assumptions,the structural equation model of first-order and second-order prefabricated buildings is established on a large scale.The simulation results show that all paths are significant,and the evaluation results of fitting indexes meet the standard requirements.This paper also further discusses the important factors affecting the large-scale development of prefabricated buildings in Anhui province and the potential logical relationship between each dimension.This provides conditions for the establishment of the system dynamics model of the large-scale extension of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province.By using the method of system dynamics,the causality diagram,inventory flow chart and system dynamics model of the large-scale promotion of prefabricated buildings in Anhui province are made.With the help of Vensim PLE software,the system model is analyzed,and the specific action mode of the influencing factors of the promotion of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province is explored.collect relevant data of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province to establish parameter equations,and carry out regulation simulation and trend analysis of key influencing factors.Starting from the actual development of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province,based on the simulation results of policy regulation,large-scale promotion suggestions are put forward from many aspects such as policy support,market environment,economic cost,technical support,and publicity and cognition.Graph: 17;Table: 24;References: 50;...
