With the acceleration of China’s building industrialization process,prefabricated buildings ushered in a period of rapid development.Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings have changed in construction technology,construction procedures,construction technology and other aspects,and contain a lot of professional knowledge in the construction process.The vigorous development of prefabricated buildings at this stage objectively requires a high-quality talent team with sufficient quantity and reasonable structure to match it.However,at present,the prefabricated construction personnel are still at a low level in terms of safety awareness and professional knowledge and skills,and it is difficult to adapt to the development requirements of prefabricated construction.This is inseparable from the lack of attention to knowledge management and effective knowledge support at the construction site.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the knowledge management of prefabricated building construction site,improve the knowledge level and comprehensive quality of prefabricated building talents,and promote the transformation of traditional building talents to prefabricated building talents.From the perspective of knowledge transfer,based on the social psychology theory,this study studies the knowledge transfer behavior of individuals in the construction site of prefabricated buildings.By mining the influencing factors of knowledge transfer and analyzing the mechanism,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer in the construction site of prefabricated buildings,which can provide reference for improving the knowledge and skills level of prefabricated construction industry talents.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of knowledge transfer on the construction site of prefabricated buildings through literature analysis.On this basis,the influencing factors are integrated according to the questionnaire analysis and expert structural interview results,and the final influencing factor system of knowledge transfer on the construction site of prefabricated buildings is determined from the five dimensions of knowledge characteristics,knowledge sender,knowledge receiver,inter subject relationship and transfer situation.The interpretive structural model method is used to construct a 4-level hierarchical structure model of the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in the prefabricated building construction site,to clarify the logical relationship between the influencing factors and provide a basis for subsequent analysis.Secondly,based on the method of system dynamics,the knowledge transfer system of prefabricated building construction site is analyzed.The causal feedback model is established by using Vensim software,and the causal feedback loop analysis is carried out for each influencing factor in the model to qualitatively describe the functional relationship among the factors affecting the knowledge transfer on the construction site of prefabricated buildings.Based on the causal feedback model,identify the horizontal variables,flow rate variables,auxiliary variables and constants in the model,build the system dynamics equation for quantitative description,and finally form the knowledge transfer stock flow model of the prefabricated construction site.Then,taking an actual prefabricated building project as an example,the data of the project is used as the initial value of the knowledge transfer system dynamics model.By adjusting the key variables in the model,the influence trend of different parameter levels on the knowledge stock of both parties in the knowledge transfer of prefabricated building construction site is investigated.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The knowledge transfer between individuals on the construction site of prefabricated buildings strengthens the communication and contact between the two parties,and ultimately improves the innovation knowledge level and comprehensive strength of the two parties,so as to achieve a win-win situation for both parties.(2)The project manager’s support,perfect incentive mechanism,harmonious organizational atmosphere,full trust among individuals and rich knowledge transfer channels will have a positive impact on the effect of knowledge transfer.(3)Different characteristics of knowledge have different effects on knowledge transfer between individuals in prefabricated building construction site.The knowledge with high expressiveness is helpful to improve the probability of successful knowledge transfer.The more complex the knowledge,the higher the requirements for the transfer ability of the sender and the learning ability of the receiver,which increases the difficulty of knowledge transfer and hinders the knowledge transfer between individuals.(4)Increasing the transfer threshold means that the knowledge sender will transfer as much knowledge as possible,thus improving the effect of knowledge transfer.(5)The sender’s high level of knowledge innovation will also greatly improve its knowledge transfer ability,transfer more implicit knowledge and experience to the knowledge receiver,make it easy to understand,operate and apply,and achieve better implementation effect of knowledge transfer.Finally,according to the simulation results of the model,some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer on the construction site of prefabricated buildings,namely:(1)Pay attention to the role and behavior of the project manager and establish a perfect incentive system;(2)Establish mutual trust mechanism and create a harmonious knowledge transfer atmosphere;(3)Enrich knowledge transfer channels and guide the correct development of informal groups;(4)Improve the level of knowledge coding and reduce the cost of knowledge transfer;(5)Strengthen initial training and cultivate individual innovation ability.This study identifies the key influencing factors of knowledge transfer on the construction site of prefabricated buildings by establishing an explanatory structure model.On this basis,the system dynamics model is established and the dynamic feedback analysis is carried out.From the perspective of the system,the knowledge transfer law among individuals in the prefabricated building construction site is understood,which makes up for the lack of other research methods that ignore the interaction of various elements in the system.However,due to the limited academic ability of the author,the factors affecting the knowledge transfer on the construction site of prefabricated buildings may not be fully considered,and there are problems such as the two-way knowledge transfer between the knowledge sender and the receiver,which need to be continuously improved and perfected in the future research.
