Reconstruction Of "Lianhua Garden" That Once Had Countryside Interest In Huzhou

With the acceleration of urbanization,the disorderly expansion of cities leads to the gradual replacement of farmland by reinforced concrete,the serious lack of local landscape and the continuous erosion of ecological green space.The fast-paced urban life also increases the pressure of people’s work and life,and makes people eager to return to nature,watch rural landscapes and enjoy pastoral fun,so as to relieve their body and mind and relieve their pressure.At present,there are some disadvantages in the design of many gardens,whether it is the reconstruction and transformation of old gardens or the construction of new parks.For example: pay too much attention to the function,pay attention to the external visual beauty,but ignore the internal artistic conception construction,too many artificial traces,far away from nature,lack of regional cultural characteristics,lack of personality and so on.Therefore,it is increasingly unable to meet the needs of urban residents to return to nature and feel wild interest.At the same time,it is also difficult to arouse people’s sense of cultural belonging and Aesthetic identity.To solve these disadvantages,designers should draw nutrients from the tradition and integrate the construction concept of "imitating nature" and "unity of heaven and man" of traditional country gardens into the construction of modern urban parks."Lianhua village" is a famous private interesting garden of Zhao Mengfu in Huzhou history.It is worth exploring how to give full play to its humanistic value,sort out its personality and characteristics,and how to inherit tradition and innovate.Compared with its original appearance,today’s "Lotus Garden" focuses on the closed and exquisite design of Suzhou gardens.Due to the changes of urban development,its original natural environment of rivers,forests and rippling fields no longer exists.However,the concept of nature and aesthetics contained in the old garden,as well as the concept and design method of gardening,are still an important heritage of designing wild style garden landscape.The reconstruction project of "Lianhua village" is selected.First,after modern transformation,Lianhua village,which has lost its original appearance,still has the broad space of suburban interesting gardens and the elements of historical and cultural relics;Second,take "Lianhua village" as the carrier to deeply study and excavate the cultural characteristics and gardening concept of "country garden";The third is to show and create the natural wild interest and aesthetic taste of traditional country gardens through reconstruction design practice.This thesis uses the methods of literature research,field investigation,induction and summary to study the traditional country garden and its style.With the changes of society and the expansion of cities,most of the traditional country gardens no longer exist.Only a few gardens in Nanxun,Jiaxing,Hangzhou and other places can be tested.However,they have been more or less transformed.Field research can only see them.Therefore,most of them can find their traces from ancient books and documents.This paper mainly studies the concept of country garden,combs its historical development context,analyzes its ideas and techniques in site selection,layout,space shaping,plant configuration,architectural style and artistic conception construction,and summarizes its construction characteristics according to the description of traditional country garden in literature and ancient books.Then,taking "lianhuazhuang" as a practical case,fully absorb the essence of traditional country garden gardening,combine traditional gardening art with modern art,integrate into Huzhou regional cultural characteristics,activate the tradition,push through the old and bring forth the new,and design a "lianhuazhuang" urban park with rural interest in line with modern aesthetics and functions,so that it can not only show the original personality and characteristics of simple wild interest and natural leisure,but also meet people’s close to nature The desire to enjoy the countryside and the need for sustainable urban development.In addition,through the preliminary study on the construction characteristics of traditional country gardens,it also provides some reference for the landscape design of urban parks in the future.
