| With the continuous improvement of building energy saving standards,improving the thermal performance of building envelope and the equipment efficiency of HVAC system can not significantly reduce the energy consumption in the process of building use.In recent years,building user behavior has gradually become a hot spot in the field of building energy conservation,among which window opening behavior directly affects the indoor thermal environment and indoor air quality,and is the most important and most studied user behavior in the process of building operation.Based on the investigation and research on the operation status of natural ventilation of Passiveultra-lowenergy buildings in China during the transition season,it is found that the indoor environment of Passiveultra-lowenergy buildings in China is regulated by natural ventilation instead of using HVAC and fresh air equipment during the transition season.In the transition season or the outdoor environment is comfortable,the Passiveultralowenergy buildings can adjust the indoor environment with natural ventilation by windowing,which can reduce the energy consumption generated by the use of HVAC equipment and fresh air equipment,so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.However,what factors affect the opening and closing of Windows in Passiveultra-lowenergy buildings and how to reasonably control the opening and closing of Windows to make the interior of Passiveultra-lowenergy building achieve a comfortable environment need further study.The indoor and outdoor environmental factors and window opening and closing situation of natural ventilation in transition season of passive low-energy office building in a university in Jinan were measured,and the factors affecting window control action and window opening rate in spring and autumn were analyzed.Based on SVM algorithm and machine learning,the window opening behavior prediction model of Passiveultra-lowenergy buildings in transition season was established.Based on the window opening behavior prediction model in the transition season,the time period with the highest window opening rate in different time periods is analyzed,and the window opening control time schedule of Passiveultra-lowenergy office buildings in the transition season is formulated.The indoor thermal environment and indoor comfort PMV of a passive low-energy office building in a typical meteorological year in transition season were simulated by using this schedule,and compared with the general office building with 65% energy saving standard.The results show that :(1)the user’s commuting time has a significant impact on the window opening and closing movement of Passiveultra-lowenergy office buildings;However,the influence of indoor and outdoor environmental factors is very small.In Passiveultralowenergy buildings,Windows are still opened under extremely low or extremely high outdoor temperature.(2)Outdoor air temperature,solar radiation intensity and indoor air temperature are the main factors affecting window opening rate in spring;Outdoor air temperature,solar radiation intensity,indoor air temperature and indoor relative humidity are the main factors affecting window opening rate in autumn.(3)A window-opening behavior prediction model with indoor and outdoor temperature and indoor relative humidity as influencing factors was obtained by using SVM support vector machine,and the accuracy of the prediction model was85.3%;(4)The window opening control time schedule in the transition season was formulated based on the window opening behavior data obtained from the window opening behavior prediction model.(5)By Designbuilder simulation,the probability of indoor comfortable temperature can reach more than 80% and the probability of comfortable PMV value can reach more than 90% under the influence of window control time schedule in standard meteorological year.(6)Through simulation comparison between Passiveultra-lowenergy buildings and 65%energy-saving standard common office buildings,under the influence of window control time schedule,Passiveultra-lowenergy office buildings have a higher probability of indoor comfort... |
