Since the energy consumption and improvement of the world energy saving consciousness,have imposed and implement various energy conservation policy. Construction and its related industries as energy-intensive industry occupied global the proportion of the total energy consumption by about 50%, is worthy of the name "large" energy consumption. Energy consumption in our country, the construction industry accounts for 33%. Based on the serious situation, building energy efficiency become a crucial step in construction industry development.Larger multilayer housing stock in Linyi region, in the case of building energy efficiency standard gradually improve, how to optimize the transformation both multistoried buildings become a feasible way of building energy efficiency, passive construction due to its low energy consumption throughout the year, high living comfort has become a target for residential building design and transformation.The purpose of this study is proposed to satisfy the Linyi region multilayer residence envelope passive energy saving optimization measures and methods of the transformation, as to provide theoretical basis for the region's residential energy conservation transformation. To this end, The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and development of passive energy conservation at home and abroad, a wide range of integrated passive energy conservation situation, put forward the research methods and innovations;The second chapter in the form of a survey about the present situation of linyi area of multi-storey residential energy conservation are summarized analysis, concrete research content including multilayer residential distribution,residents and residential palisade structure, etc., were introduced and the other is the indoor temperature and humidity survey;The third chapter is mainly external retaining structure and building energy consumption and the relationship between each component influence passive energy saving, the essay discusses the influence factors of envelope, the envelope and linyi region passive energy conservation strategies, the present situation and practice and passive approach of energy conservation in the region of differences are analyzed and summarized;The fourth chapter of the Design Builder building energy consumption simulation software based model, the energy consumption will affect the envelope are passive Design strategies on building energy consumption simulation, finally reached a conclusion that meet the requirements of the best outside walls, roof heat transfer coefficient, ratio and shade type, type, window wall optimization provides a basis for the following residence;Chapter five multilayer residence in the linyi area are the optimal values of the structure on energy consumption simulation, and compare the results of the analysis, finally got the region multi-storey residential several passiveoptimization of the structure of energy saving measures;The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect, mainly analyzes the research of the deficiencies and on the outlook for the future research direction.
