Research On POE-Based Negative Space Optimization Strategies Of University Campus

With the continuous effect of urbanization and resource restriction,the development of most cities in China is restricted by space,and more and more cities will join the army of transformation and transformation from incremental planning to stock planning,in view of the current environment of our country,it is particularly important to explore new ideas of optimizing and adjusting the existing space.The university campus is not only an important part of the modern city,but also a miniature of the city.The study of the university campus negative space has certain significance for exploring the solution of the urban negative space.On the other hand,post-occupancy evaluation(Poe)has little to do with the negative space of university campus.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of Poe method in the negative space of university campus and the establishment of Poe evaluation model in negative space,through the quantitative and qualitative research,the corresponding analysis and evaluation.According to the research results,the optimization principles and optimization suggestions are put forward to provide guidance for the transformation of negative space.In the preliminary preparation,the Dalian University of Technology was chosen as the research object,and eight underutilized negative spaces on campus were selected through the method of combining open data with field investigation,this paper probes into the application of open data in the process of negative space transformation,conducts exploratory investigation,obtains the use frequency and user evaluation of eight negative spaces,and makes preliminary negative space attribution analysis,and takes this as the basis,the relevant evaluation indexes were put forward by the method of literature study and the procedure of Poe study in Dalian University of Technology was established.In the investigation and analysis,the negative space was investigated and analyzed by quantitative and qualitative methods.In the stage of quantitative investigation and analysis,through the index importance evaluation research,collecting the importance degree of the negative influence factors of space,the evaluation index is modified and supplemented,three negative space influencing factors,namely function,quality and accessibility,are established as the first-class index and the second-class index under each factor Through the index satisfaction evaluation research,the paper collects the users’ satisfaction degree to the indexes of the 8 negative spaces,and combines the weight of the evaluation indexes,obtains the comprehensive evaluation of the site led by Huaguoshan Through the study of space syntax,the accessibility of each space was analyzed quantitatively,and the best location represented by Huaguoshan was obtained.In the stage of qualitative investigation and analysis,through the investigation of usage and demand,the users’ requirements on the function of Huaguoshan were obtained,the original function was strengthened and the expected function was introduced By means of travel survey,the main roads,road conditions and travel modes connecting Huaguo mountain with the origin of teachers and students on campus are provided Through the present situation and the facility quality appraisal analysis,has understood the Huaguo mountain present situation many insufficiency.In the optimization strategy,according to the quantitative and qualitative research,and from the function,environment quality and accessibility,the optimization strategy of Huaguoshan was put forward.Finally,based on the Study of Dalian University of Technology Poe,the optimization principles and optimization suggestions are put forward,which provide a reference for the optimization of the future negative space.
