With the continuous development of society,people’s demand for indoor thermal comfort is constantly improving,and the heating method of ground heating can meet people’s demand for thermal comfort.Wood floors as an important medium in the process of floor heating are used by more and more families and offices as the primary choice of indoor decoration.Users can choose the color and kinds of wood floors,but cannot make choice over the heat characteristic of wood floors.Therefore,this thesis proposes the concept of heat dissipation characteristics of wood floors,and develops a testing instrument to solve the problem that there is no evaluation system for the thermal characteristics of wood floors at home and abroad.Based on the cavity internal heat transfer law,an instrument for testing the heat dissipation properties of ground heating wood floors.The instrument is mainly equipped with an electronic control system,a compressor,a water pump and a vacuum pump.The core of the instrument is a sealed adiabatic ball cavity,which is divided into two parts,an upper chamber for measuring temperature and a lower chamber for adjusting temperature.A DS18B20 temperature sensor array is installed in the upper chamber and a heating module is placed inside the lower chamber.A specimen of floor heating wood floor is placed on the heating module for heating until the temperature of the specimen reaches the preset temperature.After that,the upper chamber is placed on top of the lower chamber so that heat released from the specimen causes the temperature change in the upper chamber.The DS18B20 temperature sensor array will collect temperature data in the upper chamber and send them to a PC computer.The temperature data received by PC computer will be displayed.At the same time,these data are analyzed by BP neural network to predict the temperature field inside the upper chamber.The predicted temperature field will be used to characterize the thermal performance of wood floors.The testing instrument is tested and can be used normally.In order to further study the heat transfer law inside the cavity,CFD technology and BP neural network algorithm are used to analyze the heat release law.CFD technology simulates the heat transfer in the cavity and obtains coordinate data and temperature data,which are used to train the BP neural network model.The neural network model obtained after training has high fitting degree and excellent performance,and the predicted temperature is obtained successfully.The prediction results are analyzed intuitively by means of temperature field modeling.Finally,based on the CFD simulation temperature data and BP neural network prediction temperature data,the thermal release performance value is calculated,which provides a reference for the standardization of the evaluation index of floor heating wood flooring in China.
