Because of its natural beauty and texture, solid wood flooring is consumer preferences. But China's solid wood flooring materials by resource constraints, mainly rely on imports, which lead to price increases, production limited, restricting its development.In China, fast growing material resources with its raw materials made of solid wood flooring, can meet the needs of solid wood complex. But because of the low quality of raw materials, easy deformation, low strength and low strength, when solid wood is used for wood composite floor, with the change of the complex hot and humid environment, drying shrinkage, cracking and warping deformation will appear. Therefore, the composite floor designed a side fight frame type structure, with the change of environmental humidity. It can solve asymmetric bilayer structure easily lead to size instability of the engineered wood flooring, and three- layer, multi-layer engineered wood flooring due to expansion / contraction coefficient difference caused by uncoordinated deformation. Literature review showed very limited studies on solid wood parquet floors frame structure, size stability and performance evaluation, at present at home and abroad nor unified and effective product standards for solid wood floor mosaic performance test.This paper through the billets, veneer thickness and ratio, side to fight and ratio, different surface gluing process research, draw the substrate compared to optimize the manufacturing process; to optimize the substrate structure as the research object, through the table plate thickness and paint finishes on, better stability of solid wood floor mosaic; and properties of solid wood parquet floors and substrate was evaluated. The main results of the paper are summarized as follows:(1) Through optimization and experiments, it is concluded that the single plate and a connecting plate between the thickness ratio of solid wood flooring splicing substrate width, thickness and warping effects significantly and the thickness ratio and the stability is better for 1:5:1; Side spell strip on the floor substrate dimensional stability and warpage were significantly improved, side together with plywood ratio is about for 1:5:1. Integrated dimensional stability and appearance of decorative, can choose a combination of 2-2(poplar veneer- refers to the board- poplar veneer- side panel) as a solid wood flooring substrate;(2) By scanning electron microscopy analysis of the microstructure of the solid wood floor splicing substrates with different surface bonding can be seen, interface bonding glue thickness and penetration depth are quite different, side to fight for "longitudinal vertical adhesive distribution is uniform, gluing performance is better; When using two-component isocyanate adhesive for solid wood parquet flooring substrate bonding, to shear strength and wood failure ratio and dipping detachment rate as index. Through orthogonal test that better bonding technology: fight the unit pressure of 0.5MPa, coating weight 250g/m2, side longitudinal longitudinal;(3) Coating treatment can increase the waterproof performance of the floor, can reduce the environmental factors to affect the stability of the floor, the table board thickness of solid splice flooring on the dimensional changes is larger in the direction of the width and the thickness of the floor rate, the mosaic of solid wood flooring curl deformation quantity had little effect. Under the condition of this paper, the thickness parameter of the solid wood splice floor board is 1.2mm, and then the increase of the thickness of the sheet is not obvious, which is related to the structural design of the substrate;(4) Under constant temperature ranging from wet heat cycle conditions, the moisture content of solid splice flooring, three-layer, multi-layer Engineered wood flooring rate changes and size variation curve is consistent trend, and between moisture content and size changes exist linear relationship. Solid wood floor mosaic is three layer and multi-layer Engineered wood flooring hygroscopicity worse, better dimensional stability and solid wood floor mosaic in hot and humid conditions, size change rate in order of size: thickness > length > width direction;(5) The static ending strength, elastic modulus, warpage, heat resistance, resistance to wet, formaldehyde release quantity and 24 h thickness expansion rate of the solid splice flooring static meet the requirements of corresponding standards, and a three layer and multi-layer engineered wood flooring were significantly improved, it can also be used in heating.
