| With the continuous promotion of the "waste-free city" construction project,the prospect of environmental protection and renewable energy industry is gradually improving.As a manufacturer of environmentally-friendly and renewable energy equipment,company A has entered a period of rapid development,yet faced with the loss of a large number of engineers.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise and advantages of talents,the optimization of the compensation system particularly matters.The compensation system of company A is considered as the research object.First of all,the problems of the salary system of company A are summarized and optimized,through the questionnaire survey on salary satisfaction and the interviews about salary with the incumbent engineers of different grades in company A,and the investigation of the current salary level of the industry.secondly,the analysis,evaluation and structural reconstruction of the compensation of engineers in company A are carried out,with "total rewards" as the starting point,based on the theoretical research results on total rewards at home and abroad such as WAW,in order to strengthen the internal fairness and external competitiveness of company A,the external compensation of engineers is adjusted and the intrinsic compensation of engineers is strategically increased.Finally,a combination of variable compensation in the compensation elements is designed to maximize the "retention" of engineers.The the paper effectively implements the compensation plan of company A into the optimized compensation system of the enterprise,which makes a difference to boosting the development of the enterprise and the optimization of the compensation system of engineers in the same industry. |
