Research On The Design Of Intelligent Handwashing Systems Under Service Design Thinking

In the post epidemic era,public health has become a social problem that the public attaches great importance to.Human-to-human contact is the main way of transmission of the new coronavirus,and one of the main ways of transmission is through hand contact.At the same time,with the development of society,users’ sense of product experience is becoming more and more important,and products can no longer only meet the functional requirements.Therefore,when carrying out product design,it is necessary to start from service design thinking,take users at the center,and the user’s experience should be fully considered throughout the design process of the product.Service design has become a new design trend.The topic is mainly based on the system analysis method of service design thinking,excavating effective problems and concepts,conducting systematic research on smart washing mobile phones,improving the structure and function of intelligent handwashing systems,and improving the user experience.Under the logic of service thinking,improve the user use process through systematic research,explore new behavior patterns,and improve the overall service process.Firstly,this paper carries out the market and technical research of intelligent handwashing products at home and abroad,and analyzes the current research status and change trend of intelligent handwashing products from the aspects of market application scope,function technology,user mode,and user experience;Then,based on the recent research progress of service design theory and the demand analysis of intelligent handwashing systems,the service flow chart is constructed,the contact analysis and blueprint construction are carried out,and the innovative design scheme of smart washing mobile phones is put forward;Finally,carry out the functional architecture and human-computer interaction experience design of intelligent handwashing software interface,put forward the design scheme of intelligent handwashing software interface,and put forward the direction that needs further research in the future.
