As bottled and canned beer is reported to have safety and quality problems,people are paying a surging number of emphasis on food safety,and a surging number of importance to the taste and nutritional value of beer.Aim at meeting market needs and expand new market space,fluid vending machines that provide people with fresh beer are ready to come out.The traditional vending machine payment method is single,cannot get rid of the drawbacks of cash payment,and cannot be connected to the Internet.Operators cannot obtain sales information in real time,which greatly reduces work efficiency.Therefore,researching a new type of self-service fresh beer vending machine that can improve the above problems has broad market prospects.This design is a self-service fresh beer vending machine control system based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer.It supports diversified payment methods such as cash payment and We Chat payment,and can upload sales information to the back-end server via the Internet.By capturing the output pulse of the vortex flowmeter,the measurement of the amount of beer sold by the self-service fresh beer vending machine is realized.Analyze the factors that affect the measurement accuracy to avoid the "overshoot" caused by excessive beer flow during the sales process that affects the sales accuracy.Therefore,this design researches the fuzzy self-tuning PID flow control algorithm,which converts the deviation of beer flow into the duty cycle of the PWM wave.By changing the duty cycle,the purpose of changing the speed of the DC motor is achieved,and then the opening of the proportional flow valve is changed.Realize automatic adjustment of flow.At the same time,a human-computer interaction interface and We Chat payment method are designed,and customers can operate the touch screen to realize purchase and payment actions.An ultrasonic liquid level sensor is installed in the system to monitor the dynamic change of the liquid level,and an alarm signal will be issued if the liquid level is not within the set range.This design is based on the STM32 single-chip microcomputer,and has developed a self-service fresh beer vending machine control system for fluid sales,which can be applied to various occasions,with diversified payment methods,intelligent sales process,and broad market prospects.Fig.[47] table [5] reference [54]...
