Research On Rural Public Space Design From The Perspective Of Everyday Life ——Take Weifang Yaogou Market As An Example

Rural public space is the place where rural residents produce,live and communicate daily,and it carries multiple functions such as public service,emotional sustenance,and social integration.However,in the process of urbanization in China,the penetration of modernity into the countryside has brought great changes to the daily life of the countryside.As the main body of rural life,villagers lack the enthusiasm to build public space independently,and blindly imitate and accept urban architectural forms.The construction led by the government and other external forces often ignores the subjectivity of the villagers,which directly leads to the dislocation of the functions and needs of the rural public space,and then forms the status quo of the gradual decline of the rural public space.Therefore,based on the everyday life of rural residents,this paper re-examines the design goals and methods of rural public space.From the perspective of everyday life,this paper advocates the construction of a set of rural public space design strategies with the villagers’ daily life as the core.First,integrate the research results of philosophy and sociology on everyday life,summarize the theoretical paradigm of everyday life research,and clarify the focus and value orientation of rural public space design from the perspective of everyday life.Secondly,summarize the characteristics and changes of rural daily life,and explore the relationship between the evolution of rural public space and different social factors.Finally,through the screening,classification and comparative research of rural public space cases in the past 15 years,we interpret the time,region and type distribution characteristics of rural public space cases.Summarize the method application of its design practice from the social,spatial and technical aspects.Explore how the rural construction community with villagers as the main body can restore the vitality of rural public space in many aspects,such as continuation of daily events,response to site characteristics,meeting various functional needs,creative continuation of space form and construction technology,etc.
