The Combined Type Of New Rural Communities Public Space Planning And Design Research

"Construction of new rural communities" is an timely important policy of thecentral government introduction for rural development in the new century. With thecontinuous development of urban and rural areas, the promotion of new ruralconstruction in an orderly advancing, merging new community-based rural communitydevelopment in rural areas as an important type of resources in the integration hassignificant effect. However, the merger brings "village relocation " phenomenon,making belonging harmonious neighborhood relationships are disappearing between theoriginal villages and villagers. In response to the new combined-type rural communitiesemerging public space "urbanization", the villagers of public life "recession" of otherphenomena, on the new rural community public space research has become essential.Thesis take Henan Changyuan Merged new rural communities for the study, on thebasis of research and analysis the original villages and rural communities in public life’spublic space, discusses planning and design of new ideas and methods of the unificationtype of rural community public space, mainly divided into three parts: Firstly, to sort outa new community of rural public life and public space concept, content, categories andattributes, and to summarize the construction of revelation and the theory of publicspace in rural communities at home and abroad; Secondly, through conduct fieldresearch of the Changyuan twelve tradition villages and five new rural communities tounderstand the villagers’ satisfaction with public space and demand, for summarize thestatus of public space in rural communities and the typical characteristics of space, and the problems of public space and its influencing factors to sort out the continuation oftraditional village public spaces content; Finally, merged new rural community of fourpublic space planning and design principles, three structural models of the four forms oforganization and division of three levels, and take the town of West Union Changyuannaoli research community as an example of its "gateway space","street space" and"courtyard space" five typical detailed design of public space.Through research, in order to provide planning and design method to improvepublic life and improve the quality of public space to the merge new type of ruralcommunities, and then for the other regions to provide planning and construction ofpublic space reference of combined type in Changyuan and new communities in rural.This research is supported by the national natural science foundation of China in51178369and51278414.
