| Under the influence of COVID-19 and in the rapidly changing market environment,how to face the adjustment of the economic cycle,overcome the sudden crisis,find and create opportunities in the crisis,and find ways to return to the normal production,operation and development order are unprecedented challenges faced by every enterprise.Therefore,research on enterprise development strategy has important guiding significance for enterprises to cope with the rapidly changing market environment,market competition and their own sustainable development.On September 22,2020,on the occasion of the 75 th Session of the United Nations General Assembly,the Chinese government made a commitment to the world that carbon emissions will peak after 10 years,carbon neutrality will be achieved by 2060,and green and low-carbon photovoltaic will become an important power source in China in the future.JC corporation is a professional manufacturer of photovoltaic equipment.In recent years,with the continuous increase of labor costs and manufacturing costs,the traditional advantages of the company in the field of photovoltaic module equipment are gradually decreasing.In order to maintain competitive advantages,the company decides to develop to the upstream of the industry with high value-added battery equipment business.On this basis,the vertical integration of component equipment business is extended,but the existing resources and capabilities of the enterprise are not enough to support this development.Based on the broad prospects of photovoltaic industry,enterprises need to overcome difficulties and long-term based on photovoltaic equipment manufacturing industry,increasing research and development equipment and adhere to the high added value of vertical integration strategy,continue to improve the core competitiveness,improve technical barriers,to lead the global photovoltaic equipment technology development direction,to better promote the development of high quality of made in China.Therefore,it’s necessary to make a scientific and reasonable plan for JC company strategic development.In this thesis,PEST model analysis,Porter’s Five Forces model and SWOT analysis are used to study the characteristics of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and identify the opportunities and threats facing the development of the enterprise.Through the research on the enterprise profile,resources and capabilities,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise can be effectively identified.Finally,the SWOT combination matrix analysis method is used to formulate the development strategy and development goal for the enterprise.At the same time,through the implementation of relevant measures to ensure the effective implementation of enterprise development strategy.The conclusion of study will have an impact on the next stage of JC company’s corporate structure,cultural construction and the improvement of enterprise ability,and provide a strong guiding role for the development of equipment business in the next stage of the enterprise,and provide reference for the development of other enterprises in the industry of JC company. |
