In recent years,Chinese economy has maintained a good growth,the demand for electricity has always maintained rapid growth.In order to guarantee the power supply of residents’ electricity consumption and the enterprise’ electricity consumption,to ensure the safety and stability operation of the national electricity network system and to provide high quality electricity services,it requires grid engineering companies to do better in risk management,while bringing more opportunities and challenges to LN company in the field of power grid enterprise project construction.Taking the risk control in the project management of power grid enterprise of LN company as the research object,formulating an effective risk pre-warning and risk control scheme to achieve the comprehensive management goal of reducing the risk and losses of power grid engineering projects and improving the management efficiency of enterprises.The scientific development and risk refinement management of LN’s power grid projects it is of great significance to achieve the business objectives of enterprises.In this thesis the risk management of LN’s power grid project is taken as the research object.by using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,combing the relevant research results which is carried out by analyzing the current situation,combing problems,evaluating the analysis and problem solving.Combing the current situation of power grid engineering project management and risk management of LN company,collating internal and external information to collect the relevant pre-warning of engineering project risk management in the past three years,and summarizing the current performance of engineering project management risks.By analyzing and collating in this thesis,the risk performance is classified,based on the questionnaire survey method,the current situation of risk management is evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively,it is concluded that there are project management over-budget risk,project construction quality and safety risk,project schedule overrun risk and irregular procurement risk in the power grid project of LN company,and the causes of the above risks are deeply analyzed.Based on the analysis of the causes of risk,this thesis proposes effective risk prevention and control response mechanisms and effective safeguard measures.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of power grid engineering project risks,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,this thesis develops an effective risk improvement plan for LN’s engineering projects,proposing to effectively prevent and control over-budget risks through three aspects: information platform,personnel capacity and circulation guarantee;it is proposed to strengthen project quality risk management from three aspects: the scheme of quality safety risk management,the scheme of risk early warning,and capabilities of personnel early warning;optimize project over-schedule risk management in terms of schedule early warning,pre-construction survey early warning,and schedule control scheme;optimizing procurement risk management in terms of historical data analysis and compliance institution construction.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the risk prevention and control scheme of the power grid project of LN company,the guarantee measures for the improvement scheme of the risk prevention and control of the power grid project of LN company are improved from three aspects: the construction of the project risk prevention and control management system,the construction of the big data risk management platform and the improvement of human resources and assessment risk prevention and control.
