In 2009,China was faced with an economic downturn,and various industries were greatly affected by the economic crisis.After this economic downturn,the economy began to pick up steadily,and this economic rebound led to the rapid development of China’s construction industry.At present,China’s construction industry is facing the development trend of "high quality and high standard" and has entered a period of profound adjustment.In such a trend,engineering project risk management has become an indispensable part of engineering project management.Dalian chengli construction co.,LTD.Has rich construction experience and has undertaken housing construction projects in many areas of the country.However,project risk management is still not perfect under good conditions.This paper will analyze the natural risk,social risk,policy risk,economic risk and technical risk through the "xinghai integration project".Solve the risk problems existing in the project,optimize the project risk management content,so as to strictly and reasonably control the progress,safety,quality and cost.It provides a series of effective analysis for the project to realize the improvement of risk management in a certain period.Through the elaboration of the research background and significance,the important significance of project risk management in project management is explained.Based on the case of "xinghai integration project",this paper briefly describes the enterprise organizational structure and management process,as well as the project organizational structure and risk management process.Combining the current situation of the enterprise and the project,it summarizes the serious deviation of plans,mutual shirking of responsibilities,emergency resolution of adverse,cost overruns and other risk problems in the project.Questionnaire survey was carried out for the problems,and the survey data were counted to determine the three main reasons that caused the problems: imperfect risk management system,non-standard process system and unprofessional team.Through relevant literature review,specific risk identification and risk analysis will be carried out according to the causes,and reasonable risk management evaluation and evaluation will be completed.Finally,it concludes three countermeasures: the perfection of risk management system,the standardization of process system,the establishment of professional team,as well as the strengthening of risk management awareness,fine management,good control of contract management and other effective guarantee measures.This paper tries to combine the quantitative and qualitative analysis of risk management theory to comprehensively study the "xinghai integration project" and carry out strict control over the project,so as to ensure the reasonable allocation of resources in the implementation process,control the overall management of the project,reduce risks and maximize the benefits of the enterprise.
