| In the context of the transformation of the new four modernizations in the automobile industry,the frequent safety accidents make the safety of automobile products continue to receive widespread attention.Auto companies(whether they are traditional and established car companies or new car manufacturers)have taken various measures to ensure product safety,such as integrating safety and user commitment into product development concepts;establishing product safety committees;establishing quality management systems and supplier quality certification systems.Compared with traditional state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,Internet car manufacturers interact more closely with users and take more distinctive measures.Therefore,it is a very interesting research topic to study the product safety responsibility strategy of automobile enterprises of different natures.This dissertation conducts research from both theoretical and practical aspects.First of all,this paper summarizes the specific connotations of the two by reading a large number of relevant literatures on corporate social responsibility strategy and product safety responsibility strategy research.In addition,by systematically sorting out the types of product safety responsibility strategies,this paper finds that the existing research is mainly characterized from four aspects: response time,response nature,response level and response organization.Based on the different combinations of response time and response nature of product safety responsibility strategy,this paper divides three product safety responsibility strategy models.Secondly,this paper selects nine representative automobile enterprises in China as the research objects,and uses qualitative content analysis and comparative analysis methods to summarize the characteristics of each dimension of the product safety responsibility strategy of different enterprises.Finally,this paper classifies nine auto companies according to different product safety responsibility strategic models,and measures the differences in product safety performance under different models from two aspects: direct performance and final performance.Through the research,it is found that the differences in the characteristics of each dimension of the product safety responsibility strategy of enterprises under the same type are not obvious,and the differences between enterprises under different types are more obvious.In addition,there are three modes of product safety responsibility strategy for the research object selected in this paper—pre-sale structural response,post-sale structural response and post-sale emergency response.Overall,the product safety performance of enterprises under the post-sale structural response mode is better,and the performance of enterprises under the other two modes is relatively poor.This research helps to make enterprises pay more attention to the strategic management of product safety responsibility,and provides specific implementation methods from three perspectives: pre-sale structural response,post-sale structural response and post-sale emergency response. |
