Research On The Service Design Of Elders For The Red Cultural Memorial Hall

In order to promote the main theme of red culture and national policies to promote the integrated development of red culture and tourism,the number of visitors to the red cultural memorial hall is increasing and the demand is more subdivided.On the other hand,my country is rapidly entering an aging society,but at present,the spiritual needs of the elderly are not satisfied enough.Therefore,to carry out the research on the service design of the red cultural memorial hall suitable for aging will not only help to improve the service of the red cultural memorial hall,but also help to enrich the life of the elderly,which has positive social significance and value.At present,the red cultural memorial hall has a single form and serious homogeneity,and most of the venues do not pay enough attention to the aging service.Most of the research on the aging-friendly design of the Red Cultural Memorial Hall starts from a single perspective,such as space design,exhibition design,product design,etc.,and lacks the theoretical perspective and design method to solve the problem of aging in a holistic and systematic manner.This thesis follows the circular design thinking mode of "discover-definition-development-delivery" of service design,selects appropriate methods and tools around elderly users,service providers and red cultural memorials,and improves aging-appropriate services through design practice and test iterations,and the final output Key Service Touchpoint Archetypes and Service System Concepts.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:（1）Theoretical overview of the red cultural memorial hall and aging-appropriate service design,clarifying the conceptual meaning of the red cultural memorial hall and the elements and principles of the aging-friendly service design,and constructing an aging-friendly service design framework based on the red cultural memorial hall.（2）Conduct a systematic investigation on the suitable aging service fields,service activity types and stakeholders of Guangzhou Agricultural Lecture Institute,and apply qualitative tools to cluster analysis.The aging is insufficient,and the appropriate aging service design strategy is proposed from each stage of the service process.（3）Carry out the conceptual design of aging-friendly services,including the design of service systems,service processes and service contacts.Conduct usability testing and accessibility level testing of service contact prototypes,and tabletop walkthroughs of service system concepts to verify feasibility.Through the research on the age-appropriate service design of the Red Cultural Memorial Hall,systematically optimize the services of the Red Cultural Memorial Site for the elderly users,which not only improves the experience of the elderly users,but also effectively assists the service provider to create a service design scheme that meets the needs of the elderly.A framework for the development of practical and age-appropriate services for red cultural monuments.
