Research On Working Capital Management Optimization Of Medical Dressing Enterprises From The Perspective Of Value Chain ——A Case Study Of Zhende Medical

At the beginning of 2020,the new crown pneumonia outbreak,the prevention and control situation is becoming more and more severe,the demand for medical dressings has increased sharply,so the medical dressings industry has been developed at a high speed.Medical dressings industry economic efficiency to promote its business conditions more and more good,working capital is increasing,good working capital management to help enterprises continue to enhance the value.In the process of development,social needs are changing day by day.Therefore,enterprises must also make effective adjustments to working capital management to better enhance their competitiveness.This paper will apply the theoretical approach of value chain management to analyze the working capital management situation of enterprises,help enterprises to do a good job in the long-term layout of working capital protection,and provide theoretical value and reference significance for future research.This paper adopts the case study method,taking the leading enterprise of medical dressing industry,Zhende Medical,as a case,to fully analyze its value chain and working capital situation.Through the value chain of production and operation links and auxiliary links to analyze the current situation of Zhende medical working capital management,found that its working capital reached its peak in 2020,the procurement link prepaid accounts accounted for a low proportion,the production link inventory is too much,sales link sales volume,auxiliary link technical personnel accounted for a larger proportion,the expansion of financing scale,per capita salary increase characteristics.Then we evaluated the working capital management performance of Zhende Medical,and found the poor inventory turnover rate through turnover evaluation,the good liquidity through risk evaluation,and the strong comprehensive management ability through profitability evaluation.Based on the above analysis,it is found that Zendec Medical has problems such as excessive accounts payable in the procurement process;overcapacity in the production process;excessive accounts receivable in the sales process;and lower R＆D ratio in the auxiliary process.Finally,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward: firstly,strengthen cooperation with suppliers,secondly,optimize the production mode,thirdly,establish the accounts receivable system,and fourthly,optimize the supply chain auxiliary links.We hope that through the analysis of the problems in the working capital management of Zendec Medical from the perspective of the value chain,we can propose corresponding solutions to help enterprises to better manage their capital,so that more enterprises can play the role of a brick to attract jade,improve the management ability and operational efficiency of enterprises,and efficiently enhance the value of enterprises.
