The electrical work ticket system is an important measure to ensure safe production control and ensure the safety of power operation in power grid enterprises,and the strict implementation of the work ticket system can play an important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.With the advent of the era of smart grid,the traditional invoicing methods generally have a series of problems such as lack of intelligence,narrow application area,and low reliability,and gradually began to be unable to adapt to the requirements of standardized and standardized safety production tasks.In order to adapt to the rapid development of modern power system intelligence,it is urgent to study a high degree of automation of intelligent work ticket auxiliary decision-making technology,and complete the automatic generation of primary equipment safety measures and secondary safety measures in intelligent substations.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:This thesis aims to improve the degree of intelligence,generalization and convenience of the work ticket system.Taking the relevant rules and regulations of the power grid as the development criteria and the work practice of the field staff as the guide,the safety measures for the primary equipment and secondary equipment on the work ticket are developed.Automatic generation technology.Combined with the relevant principle knowledge of graph theory,the primary equipment components in the substation are abstracted,and the similar and special components are normalized and classified according to the provisions of the regulations,and the topological connection model in the substation is established.Then,according to the corresponding provisions of the electrical work ticket and the actual requirements of the scene,sort out the logical reasoning rules,using the relevant algorithm principles based on graph theory search,after the user gives the maintenance equipment and the work place,the algorithm automatically searches for the logical equipment adjacent to the maintenance equipment,and in turn generates the circuit breaker that should be disconnected,the disconnector that should be opened and the safety measures that should be closed on the grounding knife gate,and the merger processing is carried out to automatically generate the corresponding safety measures for the primary equipment.Combined with the new requirements for the development of secondary measures of intelligent substations and the characteristics of secondary virtual circuits,the SCD circuit file is parsed and combined with the IED instantiation information configuration,including the connection relationship of the secondary virtual circuit,the soft plate and hard plate information of the secondary equipment,and the static topology model of the secondary system is established;combined with the working characteristics of the secondary equipment and the configuration of the secondary safety measures rule base based on the overhaul condition,the operation information of the secondary safety measures is matched by the formal description mechanism of the secondary safety measures,and the operation information of the maintenance task is matched.Automatically generate safety measures for secondary equipment maintenance,and ensure the correctness of safety measures through secondary safety measures to prevent false safety checks.Through the examples of primary equipment maintenance and secondary equipment maintenance,the implementation process of automatically generating work ticket safety measures is analyzed,and the correctness and efficiency of automatic invoicing of intelligent work tickets are verified.This technology has a wide range of versatility and practicality and other advantages,can be applied to different substation models,and can realize the expansion of the equipment library and the expansion and maintenance of the rule library,simple operation,friendly interface,can be widely used in a variety of wiring methods under the substation work ticket custom generation safety measures,with a wide range of adaptability.
