With the establishment of socialist market economy in our country, the marketing reform for the power generation enterprise is being the developing direction of the electricity power industry."separation of power plants and transmission , implementation of electricity price bidding"is the situation that every power plant must face. In the environment of the unilateral open electricity market, power plants are independent corporation entities, assuming sole responsibility for profits or losses. Therefore, the optimal bidding strategy for the power plant should be studied, so as to gain maximal profits. Moreover, the automatization of power production and management of the power plant has become the general trend, thus, application of computer technology realizing the electronization of work ticket, strengthening the work ticket management and improving efficiency is also one of the important topics that the power companies care about.In this thesis, the contents and achievements are mainly focused on the following three aspects:1. Based on incentive compatible principle, a new method through reward-punishment strategy for the balance account management is presented and the optimal bidding strategy of power suppliers for the method is suggested too. The test results indicate that the new management method for the balance account proposed can make the most profit for the enterprises and ensures the power market to operate steadily and safely.2. Based on the prospect theory, a new model of bidding strategy on the consideration of risk is proposed. The model embodies the influence of the cognitive psychology of the generation company of the bidding failure risk and the expected profit goal on the bidding procedure, and the bidding strategy achieved accords with the generation companies'psychological desire. The result of the examples shows that the model proposed is more true with the psychology of the generation companies during decision-making procedure.3. Based on the improvement made to the tradition three-layer structure of web, a practical work ticket system of the B/S style is developed by the .NET technology. The system owns two modes to write the work tickets, which are written by keyboard and referred to the typical tickets. The system provides the different levels purview for the different operator during the work tickets moving on the network, and the function of the management of the work tickets. The work ticket system possesses the advantages of high adaptiveness and flexibility. Only making some change at web page can meet the requirements of different power plants. Since the automatically moving of the work ticket on the local network is realized and the problem of the non-standard writing work ticket is got rid of by the system, the work efficiency for the operator is increased and the intensity for the operator is reduced greatly. Long-term of normal running at some power plant proves the validness of the system.
