In order to cope with the global energy shortage and environmental pollution,the rapid development of renewable energy technologies such as wind power and photovoltaics,the changes on the supply side and the demand side have brought great challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power grid,and the development of smart grid has become a major trend in countries around the world.The construction of smart substation is the basic link of smart grid.Since the production process of intelligent primary equipment of domestic equipment manufacturer is still immature,the construction of intelligent substation mainly revolves around the frame structure of the secondary system.For this reason,this thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the secondary system of the 110 k V Yangwu substation,the first demonstration station of intelligent OS2 in the Southern Grid,and the main contents include:1)the architecture design of the secondary system of Yangwu Substation is studied.First,discuss the core framework "three layers and two networks" of the secondary system of Yangwu Substation,the composition of each level and network are analyzed.Finally,the equipment configuration selection and application functions of the secondary system are used to design the overall scheme of the secondary system.2)design the secondary equipment and network of the secondary system of Yangwu Substation.First,configure the functions of the equipment at each level,the station control layer equipment mainly including the monitoring background,the remote motor,the five defense systems;the equipment protection,measurement and control,and bus bar equipment,intelligent wave recorder at the bay layer;the merging unit,intelligent terminal of the process layer equipment.secondly,configure the structure of the station control layer network and the process layer network,and finally clarify the device model of the secondary system equipment.3)research on the advanced application functions and application effect of Yangwu Substation,design the intelligent wave recorder and automatic configuration method,remote operation setting,one-key programmed operation,data identification application,and in-depth analysis of its actual operation effect,finally the application of the secondary system effectiveness is summarized.the results show that the secondary system of Yangwu Substation has achieved good results in practical operation,significantly improved the operation and maintenance efficiency of the substation,and effectively promoted the transformation and upgrading of the power grid to be safe,reliable,green,efficient and intelligent.
