With the exploration and research of smart grid,Substation as the core node of power collection and control in power grid,The development of communication protocol based on IEC61850 has entered the stage of large-scale construction,From "integrated automation substation" to "digital substation" and then to "intelligent substation".The network design,intelligent primary equipment and integrated secondary equipment related to intelligent substation have entered the rapid development stage.Compared with the traditional"integrated automation substation,",The intelligent substation shall have high equipment integration,It can realize the advantages of real-time state monitoring,small floor area,economy and so on,But with the large-scale construction and operation of intelligent substation,Problems such as repeated configuration of secondary system equipment,complex wiring,difficulty in advanced application and so on appear.Further research on the secondary system of intelligent substation,It is necessary to achieve the goals of high integration of secondary equipment,optimized structure,simplified wiring and information sharing.Based on the development of secondary system,This paper focuses on two aspects of "three-layer one network" network structure and vertical integration of line spacing to optimize the design of the secondary system.First,The typical design scheme of intelligent substation is analyzed.Summarize the shortcomings of such design schemes,For example,complex network structure,redundant equipment configuration,low data sharing,relay protection action delay,etc.Second,Three network structures,bus,star and ring,are studied,The applicability of star network is compared,On this basis,Compared with "three layers and two networks",the network structure of "three layers and one network" is more economical and shared.Establish a test platform,Based on grid data,The feasibility and efficiency of "three layers and one network" are verifiedThird,The current horizontal integration mode of secondary equipment is studied,The shortcomings of the model are discussed,Based on this,The longitudinal integration mode of line spacing is proposed,The traditional line protection,line measurement and control,merging unit and intelligent terminal share port data to realize integration,The decoupling of measurement and control and protection communication is realized by software simulation,The feasibility and economy are demonstratedLast,The new network structure of "three layers and one network" and the vertical integration mode of line spacing are applied.The practical intelligent substation engineering design is carried out.On the basis of ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of intelligent substation,This paper compares and analyzes the data of typical 110kV intelligent substation and new 110kV intelligent substation in terms of floor area,cost,etc.It provides mature and effective design ideas for the scale construction of intelligent substation in the future.
