| In recent years,China continues to increase infrastructure construction,and the engineering field has higher and higher requirements for specialization,standardization,mechanization and informatization.Especially informatization,our country is actively advocating informatization construction and digital transformation.BIM,as a highly integrated engineering technology model,has attracted more and more attention in the construction industry.As an important branch of the civil engineering industry,the application of BIM Technology has not been widely promoted due to the complexity of its geology and terrain.Most of it stays in the scattered fields such as collision inspection and3 D geological model.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the BIM comprehensive application of tunnel engineering.Starting from the accuracy requirements of tunnel model,this thesis puts forward the route architecture to solve the comprehensive application of BIM Technology in tunnel engineering.Based on this,the establishment method and application of BIM in tunnel engineering are studied,and verifies the feasibility of the method through the practical application of BIM in Dahengqin Mountain tunnel.The research results of this thesis can provide reference for similar BIM application in tunnel engineering.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The standard of the tunnel model is set,mainly including the composition of the tunnel design model,the accuracy requirements and the number of projects.Finally,the architecture of the tunnel engineering application route is proposed.The main purpose is to lay the technical foundation for BIM parametric modeling.(2)Study the establishment of an integrated model of design and construction.The BIM establishment method of tunnel engineering was studied,and the problem of insufficient depth of tunnel engineering design model was solved.First,create a basic database,process engineering information,create a topographic map of the tunnel,establish a family of components such as anchor rods and steel support,and finally integrate the model.However,due to the large volume of the BIM parameterized model,each professional model is lightened to make the software run more smoothly.(3)Research on the establishment and application of BIM+ construction management platform.Making full use of the existing project BIM model and the design and construction information it carries,the BIM+ management platform was built,and the mobile phone mobile APP was developed,which helped the construction unit,construction unit,etc.,to carry out construction management.(4)Study the comprehensive application of BIM models.The application of BIM in tunnel engineering was studied.Taking the Dahengqin Mountain No.1 Tunnel in Hengqin New District of Zhuhai as an example,the comprehensive application of the BIM model in the design stage and the construction stage was studied in depth,and the possible working conditions of the project under the urban rail were analyzed,and the most advantageous excavation method was selected,avoiding special reinforcement measures and construction methods.Practice has proved that the construction of the intersection of the two tunnels is safe and controllable,and great economic and social benefits have been achieved. |
