Research On The Reuse Strategy Of Old Buildings In Qingtian Village Based On The Phenomenology Of Building Places

Under the boom of rural construction in recent years,a large number of foreign forces have poured into the countryside to transform the countryside,but a series of problems have also arisen.Some public buildings are managed behind closed doors and the participation of villagers is not high.In order to provide a strategy and a specific method to solve these problems,this thesis chooses the old buildings in Qingtian Village in Xingtan Town,Shunde District,Foshan City as the research object,trying to guide the practice of reuse of old buildings in Qingtian Village with the phenomenological theory of architectural places,in order to create a meaningful place that gives villagers a sense of identity and direction.First of all,the main concepts in the phenomenology of place are analyzed,and the main constituent elements of the place are space and characteristics,and one of the important concepts is the "spirit of place".It can be seen from this that the purpose of the spirit of the place is to create a sense of belonging and security for people in this place,and to create a place full of meaning,which coincides with the ultimate purpose of reusing the old buildings in Qingtian Village.Secondly,by analyzing the types of old buildings in Qingtian Village and the current situation of reuse,it can be known that although there are some old buildings in Qingtian Village that have been reused,the original function settings of these buildings are also aimed at villagers,but due to the lease of these old buildings,The two main problems that lead to the transfer of the right to use are that the functions of these buildings are not related to the villagers,and there is also the problem of closed-door management.Thirdly,through the core idea of paying attention to the real existence mentioned in the phenomenology of architectural places,combined with the existing problems of the reuse of old buildings in Qingtian Village,the author believes that the implementation of the reuse of old buildings is not limited to strategies related to architectural practice.It is also necessary to pay attention to the basic preparation before the implementation of reuse.Therefore,based on the principles of humanization,authenticity,functionality,environmental respect,economy,symbolism,and sustainability,the formation of the reuse strategy for old buildings in Qingtian Village should not only focus on the implementation process from the outside to the inside It is necessary to pay more attention to the selection of functions,users and elements in the early stage.Finally,according to the specific implementation method of the strategy,it is divided into seven parts: "Reality-Invisible" demand determines function;"Village-Society" use determines management;"Material-Cultural" element determines spirit;"Entrance-Landscape" External joint design;"maintain-break" internal space reorganization;"internal-external" space expansion and utilization;"retain-transform" building material selection.Finally,the developed strategies and methods are used for design practice,showing that this strategy and method can provide strategies and methods for the spontaneous reuse of old buildings in Qingtian Village in the future and provide reference for the reuse of other old buildings in rural areas.
