Study On The Influence Of Forestry Support Policy On Income From The Perspective Of Farmers

Since the reform of the collective forest system,both the state and the local government have issued and implemented a series of forestry support policies,whose objective is to achieve their economic results by raising the farmers’ forestry income.However,while China’s forestry financial support policy coverage has been expanded year by year,financial support is constantly being strengthened,but whether the forestry support policy has given the target to be supported,it is not clear that the forestry policy can achieve the expected economic effect.In view of this,if we can evaluate the economic effect of forestry support policy from the perspective of farmer’s production behavior response,we can evaluate the realization degree of forestry support policy objective more effectively.However,research on the economic effects of forestry support policy is very scarce and the research on the economic effects of forestry supporting policy from the viewpoint of farmers’ response of production response is lacking.Therefore,based on the research point,this research is based on the economic effects of the policy of forestry support in fujian in the context of the reform of production behavior of farmers,which provides a basis for the existing research and the continuous improvement of the forestry support policy,which is of great realistic significance.Based on the analysis of relevant research results of domestic and foreign policy support policies,farmers’ production behavior and policy effect evaluation,this paper builds up the research framework of the article by analyzing the relevant theoretical basis of farmers’ production behavior theory and forestry support policy,and then,based on the theoretical assumptions of forest support policies to increase farmers’income and realize their economic effects by encouraging farmers’production behavior changes,analyzes and proves the influence mechanism of forestry support policies on farmers’ production behavior adjustment and the influence mechanism of farmers’ production behavior adjustment on farmers’ forestry income,and then comprehensively evaluates the economic effects of forestry support policies.In detail,this paper utilizes the data of forestry support policy in the monitoring data of farmers by the collective forest system of 2017 in fujian province,and first USES logit regression to analyze the effect of forestry support policy on the adjustment of farmers’ production behavior.Then,the economic effect of the forestry support policy is analyzed from the Angle of adjustment of the production behavior of the farmer by using the method of matching the trend score matching.This paper concluded as follows:(1)the empirical analysis result of the adjustment of the forestry support policy affecting the production behavior of the farmer shows that the amount of forestry subsidy,the number of household labor and the gradient of the forest land are the main factors that affect farmers to make the production adjustment,in which the population of the labor force and the slope of the woodland are negatively affected by the effect of the adjustment of forestry production behavior;The amount of forestry subsidy has a significant positive effect on the adjustment of farmers’production behavior,that is,the forestry subsidy increases the enthusiasm of the farmers.the empirical analysis results of farmers’ production behaviors affecting the income of farmers show that the adjustment of farmers’ production behavior has a significant positive impact on the income of farmers’ forestry.According to the trend value matching method,the average processing effect of the adjustment of farmers’production behavior on farmers’ forestry income was 5.48,that is,the adjustment of farmers’ production behavior increased the forestry income of farmers by 5.48%.Through the empirical analysis of this article,it is proved that the economic effect of the forestry support policy is to motivate farmers to adjust their production behavior,which in turn increases farmer’s earnings.The farmers who increase production input after obtaining the policy of forestry support have more income than those who did not increase production input.This conclusion provides the basis for further improving the forestry support policy and achieving accurate support.(2)Farmers a lack of understanding of the subsidies and fewer farmers receive subsidies,directly affects the farmers satisfaction of forestry policy support,satisfaction is the highest ecological benefit compensation。(3)Farmers to expand support needs large amount of policy,forestry forest region needs to improve the infrastructure of collective forest right system reform policy requirements,needs the most is the size of the expanding forestation subsidies,subsidies standards,followed by the card to the home and improve the infrastructure of the forest and realize the forest land access water and
