At present, income inequality is common among cities and villages, industries and regions, which is a hidden danger factor of long-term stable economic growth and social harmony and stability."In the sustainable development, forestry should be given an important position" is pointed out in the study of China's sustainable development forestry strategy. In the context of the current strategy of rural revitalization, forestry also shoulders the task of targeted poverty alleviation.Does forestry improve the income level of low-income farmers in the collective forest area, mainly forestry income, and reduce the income gap in the forest area while increasing income,so as to promote social harmony and social benefits? According to the results of the forest farmers monitoring report in 2017,the income of farmers' forestry is divided and shows a trend of widening. Is the expansion of the income gap due to the concentration of forestry resources? As a harmonious factor of the forest area, the appropriate adjustment of the income distribution of forestry is conducive to the stability of the forest area. Therefore, does forestry have the social benefit of promoting the fair distribution of income after increasing the income of forest farmers? What is the contribution of social benefits of forestry to the income gap? How does it work? How does the income offorestry, forestry and forestry affect the Gini coefficient? What about the impact of forestry income on different income classes? What are the influencing factors of the farmers' micro perspective if the forestry social benefits are to be used?In order to explore the above problems, based on the annual survey data of 500 households of Fujian Collective Forest Right System Reform monitoring group of State Forestry and forestry and grass administration from 2013 to 2018,this study screened 261 household data monitored continuously for six years, and calculated the Gini coefficient of each year with the Gini coefficient of measuring the degree of inequality as the quantitative index to judge the income distribution of forest farmers Current situation and trend,to answer whether forestry is conducive to increase income of forest farmers. Then it analyzes the influence of forestry income distribution on the income equality of forest farmers from the perspective of factor distribution and item income, and gets the contribution of each part of income to the income inequality from the income structure decomposition Gini coefficient, and analyzes the adjustment effect of forestry income on the income distribution of farmers at different income levels from the income level, and answers the question of how forestry plays a role in the income distribution.Based on the data of 468 households in 2018,a semi logarithm income equation is constructed to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of percapita forestry income and forestry income of forest farmers from the perspective of human capital, material capital and social capital, and to answer the influencing factors of farmers' income from the micro perspective. The results show that:(1)The Gini coefficient of farmers in collective forest area exceeds the national warning line and the Gini coefficient of Sinicization calculated by Chinese scholars, that is,there is a typical fact that income distribution is unequal among forest farmers, but the income gap is narrowing;(2)Forestry income is the growth factor of income gap,and other income is the reduction factor of forestry income gap;(3)From the static point of view, the income gap of farmers in collective forest area is the growth factor of income gap His income has a great impact on the income gap of forest farmers, which is a reduction factor, which is conducive to narrowing the income gap;from a dynamic perspective, the income concentration effect has a great impact on the income gap of forest farmers.(4)The influence direction of forestry operating income on Gini coefficient is positive, the influence of forestry wage income on Gini coefficient is from positive to negative;the influence of forestry property income on Gini coefficient is from negative to positive;the influence degree of forestry transferring income and other income on Gini coefficient is positive;(5)Forestry is more effective for farmers' income distribution in low and middle income groups;(6)Human capital Materialcapital has a significant impact on the income of forest farmers, while social capital has no significant impact.According to the results of the study, the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Relevant forestry departments should pay attention to the income gap of forest farmers in collective forest areas;(2)Improving the management capacity of non forest households in forest areas and strengthen their non-agricultural work skills;(3)Cultivate new-type farmers, provide training opportunities, promote the diversification of forestry income, and pay attention to the fair distribution of forestry transfer expenditure;(4)uide the low-income and middle-income farmers to increase their employment competitiveness and support for their forestry development;(5)increase the human capital of forest farmers through training and other ways, promote the accumulation of fixed productive factors of forest farmers, and increase the material capital for the benefit of agriculture.
