| China has a vast territory with large total arable land and complex topography and landforms.In the Southwest Hilly and mountainous areas,the fields are generally small and the terrain is complex.To a great extent,the agricultural mechanization has been promoted.For such areas,micro tillage machinery has its own advantages because of its small size and light weight.It will play a great role in promoting the process of Agricultural Mechanization in China by developing micro tillage machinery and studying all kinds of working equipment matching with micro tillage machine.This paper introduces the work of state of multifunctional mini power Tillers.In allusion to the characteristic of the work,this article makes a theoretical analysis of spiral conveyor’s movement,force,velocity,efficiency,etc.Through advanced calculating,we designed mathematical models of including the parameters told before.As a result,we got the best speed-velocity,and the fixed condition of the helix-space when the efficiency is the biggest one.Meanwhile,with the analysis of trenching ridge,the focus of analysis of soil resistance to mechanical equipment and a simple model for the establishment of trenching device,from a structural analysis of the soil’s forces,and obtain the relationship of open angle tail on trenching device and ridge machine traction.The best parameters of soil separation and furrowing ridging are integrated to improve existing machines.Field experiments are carried out with optimized machines and tools to verify the rationality of design parameters.Through the analysis of the experimental data,the derivation method of the design parameters of the ridging machine and the validity of the conclusion are determined.The derivation of the key parameters used in this paper can also be used as a reference for the design of this kind of machine in the future. |
