| 1 ObjectiveBovine brucellosis and tuberculosis(hereinafter referred to as "two diseases")are all zoonotic infectious diseases."Two diseases" are popular all over the world,seriously threatening human health and affecting the development of animal husbandry.It is listed as B animal disease by the World Animal Health Organization(OIE),and has been listed as the two kind of animal disease by the Ministry of agriculture.The Gongjing area is the area of dairy cattle breeding in Zigong.Therefore,the investigation and understanding of the epidemic situation of "two diseases" in the local dairy cattle,and the establishment of reasonable measures to detect and prevent and control,so as to ensure the safety of public health of human and animal,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of modern animal husbandry.2 Method1、The epidemiological investigation of "two diseases" was carried out in 5598 cows,that from the 7 villages and towns in the District of Zigong Gong Jing from 2013 to 2017,that is,Jian She Town,AI Ye Town,Chang Tu Town,Cheng Jia town,Longtan Town,Qiaotou town,qiajia Township.2 、 The epidemiological investigation of brucellosis was carried out according to the GB/T18646-2002 method for the diagnosis of brucellosis,and the cows were divided into the first and the multiple groups.First,the serum of the cow was collected and numbered,and the primary screening was carried out by animal Brucella tiger red agglutination test(RBPT),and then the positive serum obtained from the initial screening of RBPT was re examined by tube agglutination test(SAT),and positive serum was identified,and the positive number was obtained.3、Epidemiological survey on tuberculosis of dairy cows was conducted according to the GB/T18645-2002 method 《 TB detection technical specification 》,and the method of "purified tuberculin(PPD)intradermal allergy" was used to investigate the epidemiology of tuberculosis in dairy cows.After cutting and sterilizing the middle part of the middle part of the neck of the dairy cow,PPD was injected and the skin wrinkle thickness was measured at least 3 times before and after the injection(after the observation time after the operation),and the positive number was obtained.3 Results1、From 2013 to 2017,a total of 5598 cows in 7 villages and towns in the Zigong Gong Jing district were investigated.The results showed that in the serum of 5598 cows,13 cows were detected positive,the positive rate was 0.23%,that is,512 of the first cow group were detected positive 8,the positive rate was 1.56%.5086 of the multiparous cows were detected positive 5,the positive rate is 0.1%.In the category and culture mode of the positive dairy cows,5 heads in the 8 head of the first-born cow group,62.5%,3,37.5%,5,3,60%,2,40%.2、From 2013 to 2017,a total of 5598 cows in 7 villages and towns in the Zigong Gong well district were investigated.The results showed that among the 5598 cows,16 were detected positive,and the positive rate was 0.29%.In the category and culture mode of positive cows,16 positive cows were detected,11 of them were cultured in scale,accounting for 68.8% and 5 in bulk,accounting for 31.2%.4 Conclusion1、The infection rate of the epidemiological investigation of the disease in the 7 villages and towns in the Gong well district was 0.23%,that is,the infection rate of the first fetal cows was 1.56%,and the infection rate of the multiple births was 0.1%.2、 The infection rate of dairy cattle in 7 villages and towns in Gong Jing district is0.29%.3、In the area of "two diseases" infection,the proportion of large scale farming is larger than that of scattered feeding. |
