| The object of this study is to better control,prevent,decrease and eradicate brucellosis epidemic,by studying the impact factors of this disease in Changping,Beijing,in recent years.This research focused on sixteen towns in all districts of Changping,Beijing,a total of twenty two dairy farms,and ten individual milk cow breeders,which was about more than 20,000 dairy herds and relative workers as the research objects to find the relative factors and trends.The study analyzed the test data of dairy herds which carried brucellosis from 2000 to 2008,and gave all carrying on brucellosis herds a serological examination in 2009.According to the serological examination results,we collected the related condition information and data from all the dairy farms and individual breeders who currently had dairy herds were in positive status.From 2000 to 2009,there were 173,024 dairy herds which were detected by brucellosis serological examination;187 heads carrying on the brucellosis.The first case was found in 2002,and then the incidence trend went upward.A suddenly outbreak in 2004,the positive rate was 0.169%.By following the requirement from the Ministry of Agriculture and relative departments in Changping district of Beijing,carried out strictly standard demonstration and popularization which consisted of quarantine cow brucellosis,positive cattle harmless treatment,immunization and other comprehensive preventions.The subsequent years,2005,2006,2007,the incidence decreased gradually.In 2008,the outbreak of brucellosis epidemic showed as spots;and in 2009 and 2010,it showed up distribution status.The occurrence fluctuated between 0 to 0.612%from 2000 to 2009,and accumulated 41 breakout spots.Most of them occurred in 2004 and then the breakout spots decreased.The breakout in 2008 was caused by incorrect management and prevention mechanism.In general,the brucellosis epidemic did not happen and became popular in a large area.If we carried out the standard management and prevention steps,the brucellosis epidemic could be controlled and prevented.2000?2009 incidence of dairy cows brucellosis outbreak fluctuated in 0-0.612%,and appeared mainly in 2004,declined after 2008.Overall,dairy cows brucellosis epidemic just spotting occurred,not a major regional pop in Changping district of Beijing city,and strictly control could achieve good effect of prevention.In total sixteen towns in Changping,Beijing,there were 10 towns which were occurred brucellosis epidemic.Cows of farms and breeders both carried on brucellosis from 2000 to 2009.The incidence number of farms(128)was bigger than the farmers(59)incidence number.The incidence number from high to low was Ma Chi Kou Town,Nan Kou Town,Liu Cun Town,Nan Shao Town,Bei Qi Jia Town,Sha He Town,the town of Hing town life,small town.In 2005 and 2004,the incidence number of breeders was bigger than farms';which indicates there was a directly relationship between the incidence and the feeding management.Not standardized management and prevention mechanism leaded to higher occurrence rate,and could cause disseminate in a small area.The infection intensity of brucellosis in dairy cattle was not high.The major factors of causing the brucellosis were privately imported animals from outside and the weak prevention awareness from the managers and breeders. |
