In this study,31 species of fungi were isolated and preserved from crop soils all over the country,and the function of Aspergillus fungi was analyzed.It was found that Aspergillus aculeatus has a certain control effect on cucumber wilt;Aspergillus fumigatus14 had a certain effect on the rotting and rapid degradation of corn straw;Aspergillus niger10 has a certain antagonistic effect on LJ02 of Bacillus amylolyticus.In order to know its practical application potential,the specific results of this study are as follows:(1)In this paper,the CTAB method was used to extract the DNA of soil fungi,and the sequence of fungi was obtained by PCR amplification and sequencing,and the name of fungi was obtained by NCBI comparison.(2).Salicylic acid is an important endogenous signal molecule for plants that can improve the resistance,as well as induce flowering,affect the sex expression of plants and increase the number of plant branches,and so on.The strength of disease resistance.In this experiment,10 ml of dilution was quantitatively applied to the root of cucumber seedlings by dilution of 20 times and 50 times of Aspergillus aculeatus,and 24 hours and 54 hours after cucumber seedlings were treated and treated for 24 hours,77 hours,101 hours,125 hours of plant height,root fresh weight,root dry weight and leaf salicylic acid content changes,analysis shows that the laboratory has fungal mycorrhizal Aspergillus aculeatus for cucumber seedling induced disease resistance Sexual and growth and development have a role in promoting.(3).The quantitative analysis of microbial species in three Aspergillus species was carried out by Uparse,Qiime and other software.It was found that Aspergillus 9 Aspergillus aculeatus had good fixation ability in soil and was not inhibited by Fusarium oxysporum.(4).What’ s more,we used the methods of high temperature resistance test,identification experiment of Cellulase,comparison experiment of straw maturing and experiment on weight loss rate of straw and so on.We drew a conclusion that Aspergillus fumigatus and Coprinus cinereus mushroom can speed up the rate of straw degradation and increase the rate of straw maturing under the condition of the temperature of 50 degrees centigrade and the humidity of70%,which can replace the way of straw burning。(5).The physiological and biological tests of cucumber seedlings showed that when the mixture of Aspergillus 9 Aspergillus aculeatus and cucumber wilt pathogen liquid was mixed at 3:1 volume,the probability of cucumber wilting could be significantly reduced.
