| At present,swine viral infectious diseases are a kind of diseases that seriously harm large-scale pig farms.The incidence of swine disease will cause reproductive disorders,even death,spread quickly and widely,there is no specific medicine for treatment,vaccine can be used for prevention.After vaccination,immune antibodies are produced,and the antibodies reach a certain titer level to resist the virus.Classical swine fever(CSF),Porcine reproductiveand respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and Pseudorabies(PR)are the diseases immunized by conventional vaccines in large-scale farms.The detection of vaccine immune effect is the necessary measure to ensure the healthy development of pig industry in large-scale farms.It can not only avoid the loss caused by immune failure,but also provide effective basis for the establishment of immune procedures and comprehensive prevention and control programs for pig farms.the vaccine antibody detection can promote the development of breeding industry in our country health for a long time.In this study,460 blood samples(120 suckling piglets,45 boars,125 backup sows and 170 pregnant sows)from a pig farm were used to detect the antibodies to CSFV,PRRS and PR g E by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The experimental results are analyzed as follows:1.The positive rate of CSFV antibody in suckling piglets was 94.16%,the mean value of blocking rate was 74.11,and the dispersion was 26.49;the positive rate of PRRS antibody was 97.50%,the mean value of S/P was 2.12,and the dispersion was 47.17;the positive rate of Ge antibody in PR was 18.33%,the mean value of S/N was 0.83,and the dispersion was 40.96.2.The positive rate of CSFV antibody in boars was 93.33%,the mean value of blocking rate was 74.49,and the dispersion was 30.47;the positive rate of PRRS antibody was 93.33%,the mean value of S/P was1.31,and the dispersion was 48.09;the positive rate of g E antibody in PR was 42.22%,the mean value of S/N was 0.56,and the dispersion was 76.79.3.The antibody positive rate of CSFV in backup sows was 95.20%,the mean value of blocking rate was77.85,and the dispersion was 23.16;the antibody positive rate of PRRS was 96.00%,the mean value of S/P was 1.58,and the dispersion was 43.04;the antibody positive rate of g E in PR was 13.60%,the mean value of S/N was 0.84,the dispersion was 34.52.4.The positive rate of CSFV antibody in pregnant sows was 93.53%,the mean of blocking rate was 72.04,and the dispersion was 25.43;The antibody positive rate of PRRS was 97.65%,the mean value of S/P was1.69,and the dispersion was 37.50;the antibody positive rate of g E in PR was 34.12%,the mean value of S/N was 0.69,and the dispersion was 60.87.The results showed that the antibody positive rates of CSFV and PRRS in the pig farm were higher than70% of the national compulsory immunity standard,the antibody level and stability were good.The selection of vaccine in pig farm is proper,and the immune procedure is relatively perfect.The detection of g E antibody of PR shows that the pig farm was seriously infected with PR wild strain,so it is necessary to replace the high-quality vaccine,and comprehensively adjust the immunization program.At the same time,the level of feeding management should be strengthened so as to gradually achieve purification. |
