The purpose of the experiment is to explore the adsorption of four kinds of gas from CH4,NH3,CO2and H2S in the cowshed by two novel microporous adsorbents(3A,5A).The trial was conducted from August 2016 to August 2017 at Junggar Dairy Farm in the west of the Ninth Communist Youth League of China Ninth Division in Wujiaqu City,Xinjiang.The two microporous adsorbents were hung on the fan as two test treatment groups,and the non-suspension was the control group.The gas detector is used to detect the contents of the four gases CH4,NH3,CO2and H2S at the outlet of the fan,as well as the temperature and humidity inside the cowshed.The difference between the concentration of the four gases in the test group and the control group was the adsorption concentration,and the adsorption weights of the four gases were further calculated in combination with temperature,humidity,atmospheric pressure,and wind speed.When the adsorbent has no adsorption effect,the test is stopped and the parallel test of next round of group gets started.There was no significant change in temperature during the four seasons(P>0.05).The humidity in the four seasons was higher in the control group than in the test group(P<0.01).The difference was significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the humidity between the 29-32 h control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).The absorption of CH4,NH3,CO2,and H2S gases in the four seasons showed obvious adsorption effect before the test for 28 h.The difference was significant(P<0.05),and the adsorption of four harmful gases was not significant after 28 h,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The absorption of CH4gas by the 3A adsorbent in spring,summer,autumn and winter within 36 h of the experiment was 6.56 g,6.08 g,and 6.24 g.7.87 g.Adsorption weights of 5A adsorbent on CH4gas were 7.9 g,7.21 g,7.32 g,and 8.03 g;Adsorption weights of 3A adsorbent on NH3was1.40 g,1.51 g,0.91 g,and 1.82 g;the adsorption weight of 5A adsorbent on NH3was1.31 g,1.30 g,0.85 g,and 2.07 g;the adsorption weight of 3A adsorbent on CO2was56.46.g,57.91 g,20.78 g,63.83 g,the adsorption weight of 5A adsorbent on CO2is62.25 g,61.25 g,22.22 g,66.27 g;the adsorption weight of 3A adsorbent on H2S is 1.68g,2.46 g,1.76 g,2.27 g,5A The weight of adsorbed H2S was 1.30 g,2.06 g,1.25 g,2.11g.The adsorption capacity of the adsorbent gradually decreased with the adsorption time,and the adsorbent did not affect the temperature change.The absorption of the four gases by the agent is affected by the humidity without any difference in temperature.The greater the humidity,the worse the adsorption effect.The closer the molecular diameter of the adsorbate to the pore size of the adsorbent,the better the adsorption effect.The adsorption capacity of 5A adsorbent on CH4and CO2was greater than that of 3A adsorbent during the test time,and the adsorption capacity of 3A adsorbent on NH3and H2S was greater than that of 5A adsorbent.
