| In this experiment,the facility four years ’ Lingwuchangzao’ was used as the experimental material,and two factors and three levels were used to complete the treatment.Three levels of irrigation amount were set:180 L/plant(A1),270 L/plant(A2),360 L/plant(A3).Three levels of fertilization amount was 0.18 kg/plant(B1),0.27kg/plant(B2),0.54kg/plant(B3).And nine treatment combinations in all.The growth,photosynthetic characteristics and fluorescence parameters of’Lingwuchangzao’ were measured at three levels of and nine treatment combinations in total.The differences of growth of ’ Lingwuchangzao’ under different water and fertilizer application rates were analyzed and compared under the condition of limited cultivation in the root zone of the establishment,so as to determine the best water and fertilizer combination suitable for the growth of ’ Lingwuchangzao’.The results show that:1.Under the condition of 180 L/plant irrigation,the temperature of the substrate was 0.6℃higher than that of the conventional irrigation,the water content of the substrate was 3.2%higher than that of the conventional irrigation,the oxygen concentration of the substrate was 0.8%higher than that of the conventional irrigation.The content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in the treatment of 360 L/plant irrigation and 0.54 kg/plant fertilization was higher than that before the experiment.2.Under the condition of root zone limitation,the ground diameter and new shoot net increment of Lingwuchangzao’ were higher under the treatment of 270 L/plant irrigation and 0.18 kg/plant fertilization;under the treatment of 180 L/plant irrigation and 0.36 kg/plant fertilization,the growth of jujube hanging length and‘Lingwuchangzao’hanging diameter was obvious,and the number of jujube hanging per plant was the most;under the treatment of 270 L/plant irrigation and 0.27 kg/plant fertilization Under the treatment of kg/plant,the leaves and flowers of jujube were the most,the thickness of single leaf was the largest,and the net growth of fresh weight and dry weight of single leaf was the largest;the net increment of leaf area under the treatment of 360 L/plant irrigation and 0.27 kg/plant fertilization was the largest;both of them were higher than those under the treatment of conventional water and fertilizer.3.During the annual growth period of‘Lingwuchangzao’,the SPAD value of leaves increased with the development of growth period.Low water and high fertilizer could promote the increase of chlorophyll content in leaves.The net photosynthetic rate was the highest when the amount of irrigation was reduced and the amount of fertilization was moderate.When the amount of irrigation was 360 L/plant and the amount of fertilization was 0.18 kg/plant,the transpiration rate of leaves fluctuated the least.The water use efficiency was 180 L/plant and the amount of fertilization was 0.27 Under the treatment of kg/plant,the highest was the stomatal conductance and initial fluorescence of leaves under the treatment of 270 L/plant irrigation and 0.27 kg/plant fertilization;the highest was the concentration of intercellular carbon dioxide,the highest photochemical efficiency and non photochemical quenching coefficient under the treatment of conventional water and fertilizer;the highest was the irrigation amount of 270 L/plant and fertilizer application amount of 0.54 Under the treatment of kg/plant,the maximum fluorescence and the actual photochemical efficiency of leaves were the highest,and the photochemical quenching coefficient of leaves was 540 L/plant in irrigation and 0.54 kg/plant in fertilization.4.The content of total N,P and K in leaves of ’Lingwuchangzao ’ changed from low to high to low with the increase of fertilization,which indicated that proper fertilization could increase the absorption and accumulation of nutrients in leaves.In conclusion,among the 9 treatment combinations in this experiment,270 L/plant irrigation,0.27 kg/plant fertilization,360 L/plant irrigation and 0.18 kg/plant fertilization can significantly promote the growth and nutrient accumulation of lingwuchang jujube plants in the protected root zone,which can be widely used in actual production. |
