In recent years,the feeding industry has developed rapidly in China and pig feeding method has changed from traditional feeding to intelligent and digital feeding.Pig feeding equipment is a key part of pig feeding,and precision of the device has attracted widespread attention from researchers at home and abroad.With decrease of pig feeders,the automation,accuracy and intelligence performance of feeding equipment become more and more important.This paper designed a control system of automatic equipment for pig liquid feeding based on STM32.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the specific environment conditions and the design requirements of hog house,the overall design parameters of feeding equipment were determined and the device models were selected,including applicable core processor,electric ball valve,optical coupler disconnecting switch,linear actuator,memory module,et al.Each module and circuit board were designed for completing the hardware construction of pig feeding equipment control system.(2)The STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor was selected as the core processor of the blanking device and supported by electric ball valve,weighing module,RFID identification module and linear actuator.The control system was designed based on Aliyun for equipment data uploading and downloading through wireless module.The feeder can control and monitor the equipment on PC or mobile phone and check real-time feeding information of pigs.According to the generated pig feeding curve,personalized feeding methods can be developed to achieve targeted feeding.(3)The correlation between feeding time and feeding quantity were modelling with least square method in Matlab software.The feeding amount within the opening time of the electric ball valve,the feeding amount within the fully open time of the electric ball valve,and the feeding amount during the closing time of the electric ball valve were processed in sections.Program the fitted function as a function of system control feeding volume.(4)The PCB circuit board was drew with Altium Designer 20,the data acquisition circuit,delivery control circuit and RFID identification circuit were designed.To avoid the influence of the signal circuit,the high frequency oscillation circuit in the device was processed by ground enveloping,which ensures the stability of system data acquisition and cloud control.After completing the overall design for system,the experiments for feeding accuracy and RFID identification distance test were carried out.The feeding accuracy and RFID identification distance were analyzed,the fitting function between feeding quantity and feeding time was optimized.The device was installed for practical use when it was able to satisfy the requirement of accurate pig feeding.The test results show that The feeding system has high accuracy,which can ensure that the feeding error is within 7%,and meet the requirements of precise feeding of pigs;the system has high reliability,stable operation and good application prospects.
