| In order to compare the growth performance of the Bashang long-tailed chickens and the green-shell laying chickens and first generation of hybrid.Randomly selects 500 feathers on the Bashang long-tailed chickens,green-shell laying chickens and first generation of hybrid,and raised to 43 weeks of age.Measure the weight and ruler indicators of0-18 weeks;the slaughter performance and semen quality of the rooster;the egg production performance,egg quality and amino acid content of hens,and the cross superiority rate was calculated respectively.The results show that:1.Growth and development: From 0 to 6 weeks of age,the highest body weight was Bashang long-tailed chickens,first generation of hybrid and green-shell laying chickens;from 7 to 18 weeks of age,the highest body weight was green-shell laying chickens,first generation of hybrid and Bashang long-tailed chickens.Among the growth and development indexes,the highest body weight cross-dominance rate was 4.57% for males and 4.10% for hens;It was significantly higher than that of Bashang long-tailed chickens and first generation of hybrid at 16 weeks of age(P < 0.01),the eviscating rate of green-shell laying chickens was significantly higher than that of the hybrid generation(P < 0.05),and the leg muscle heavy green-shell laying chickens was significantly higher than that of Bashang long-tailed chickens(P < 0.05);The body weight of Bashang long-tailed chickens,green-shell laying chickens and first generation of hybrid was significantly or significantly Positively correlated with tibia length,tibia circumference,chest width,slaughter weight,half bore weight,full bore weight,tibia length and chest width,leg muscle weight,tibia circumference and chest width,slaughter weight and half bore weight,half bore weight and full bore weight(P < 0.01 or P< 0.05).2.Reproductive performance: Sperm quantity and sperm density of green-shell laying chickens were not significantly higher than those of Bashang long-tailed chickens and first generation of hybrid(P > 0.05);There were no significant differences in sperm quantity,sperm density and sperm motility in the first generation of Bashang long-tailed chickens,green-shell laying chickens and first generation of hybrid(P > 0.05);Body weight and body size were not significantly correlated with sperm volume,sperm density and sperm motility(P > 0.05).There were significant or extremely significant differences in days of age and egg weight of 5% laying rate,days of age,egg weight and egg weight of 50%laying rate and egg number of 43 weeks of age among Bashang long-tailed chickens,green-shell laying chickens and first generation of hybrid(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05);The hybridization dominance rate of 31-43 weeks of egg weight was 0.31%;The first generation of hybrid dominance rate was 44.46% at 22-30 weeks of age;The hybridization rate of eggs at 43 weeks of age was 9.07%.3.Egg quality and amino acid content: Yolk color and yolk weight of green-shell laying chickens were significantly higher than those of Bashang long-tailed chickens(P < 0.05);The yolk Proportion of the first generation of hybrid was significantly higher than that of Bashang long-tailed chickens(P < 0.05),and the highest hybrid dominance rate was 6.14%.There were significant or significant positive correlations between egg weight and egg yolk weight,eggshell strength and eggshell thickness,Haugh unit and egg white height,egg yolk weight and egg yolk ratio of Bashang long-tailed chickens,green-shell laying chickens and first generation of hybrid(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).The contents of glutamic acid,glycine and lysine in the first generation of hybrids were significantly higher than those of Bashang long-tailed chickens(P < 0.05),and the content of proline was significantly higher than that of Bashang long-taiedl chickens and green-shell laying chickens(P < 0.05);The isoleucine content of Bashang long-tailed chickens was significantly higher than that of the first generation of hybrid(P < 0.05);The hybridization rate of methionine content was 19.79%.In conclusion,the production performance of Bashang long-tailed chickens was low,first generation of hybrid showed crossbreeding advantages in growth,reproductive performance and egg quality. |
