In order to study the effects of adding different ingredients(astaxanthin,folic acid,selenium)in the feed on the laying rate,egg quality,and enrichment of functional components of laying hens,the experiment selected healthy,uniform weights of 70-week-old Bashang There are 120 long-tailed chickens,180 White Leghorn chickens,120 Dongxiang black chickens,randomly divided into 4 groups(control group and three experimental groups).Bashang long-tailed chickens and Dongxiang black chickens have 30 in each group.White Leghorn chickens have 45 chickens in each group,and the control group was fed basal diet;test 1 group was supplemented with selenium 0.008 g/kg,astaxanthin 1.5 g/kg,and folic acid 1 g/kg;test 2 group was fed basal diet Add selenium 0.011 g/kg,astaxanthin 3 g/kg,and folic acid 2 g/kg;test 3 groups add selenium 0.011 g/kg,astaxanthin 4.5 g/kg,and folic acid 3 g/kg to the basal diet.In order to study and compare the DHA and EPA enrichment capacity of Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken,the experiment selected 40 Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken as test chickens according to the above standards.A certain amount of linseed oil powder and linseed was added to the grain,and the enrichment capacity of DHA and EPA of the three varieties of laying hens was compared.the result shows:1.Feeding different concentrations of astaxanthin,folic acid and selenium had no significant effect on the laying rate of Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken(P>0.05),but with the increase of the concentration of different additives,the production The drop in egg rate is reduced.2.Feeding different concentrations of astaxanthin,folic acid and selenium has an effect on the eggshell color,eggshell thickness,egg shape index,eggshell strength,egg weight,and protein in the quality of Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black eggs.Height,Hastelloy unit,etc.had no significant effect(P>0.05),but there were significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant differences(P<0.01)on the yolk color of the three breeds of chickens.It shows that adding selenium,folic acid and astaxanthin to the diets of Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken can significantly improve the color of egg yolk.53.58%(P<0.01),22.18%(P<0.01)and 24.82%(P>0.01).The color of the egg yolk in the test 3 group darkened the most before and after the test,which increased by 26.86%(P<0.01),22.18%(P<0.01)and 17.24%(P>0.05),respectively.3.With the increase of the concentration of selenium in the diet,the enrichment of selenium in eggs of Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken showed an increasing trend.The enrichment of selenium in eggs of three varieties of three groups was tested.Both reached the highest,respectively 1.006 mg/kg,1.458 mg/kg,1.145 mg/kg.Compared with the control group,the Bashang long-tail chicken increased by 673.85%,the White Leghorn chicken increased by 865.56%,and the Dongxiang black chicken increased by663.33%.The selenium-enriched amount in White Leghorn chicken eggs exceeds the food safety requirement(the selenium safety requirement in selenium-enriched eggs is <1.2 mg/kg).Therefore,it is recommended that the amount of selenium added to White Leghorn chicken should not exceed 0.014 g/kg.4.As the concentration of folic acid added to the diet increased,the enriched content of folic acid in eggs showed an increasing trend.The folic acid enrichment in the eggs of the three egg varieties in the test 3 groups was the highest,which were41.0 μg/100 g,44.4 μg/100 g,and 55.0 μg/100 g,respectively.Compared with the control group,Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken increased by 10.22%,39.62% and 31.58%,respectively.Studies have shown that folic acid-rich eggs per 100 grams of eggs are more than 100-130 μg.Therefore,the results of this test did not meet the requirements for folic acid.5.With the increase in the concentration of selenium added to the diet,the selenium content in the breast muscles of the three chicken breeds showed an upward trend.The selenium enrichment in the breast muscles of the three breeds in the test 3groups reached the highest level,which was 0.18 mg/kg and 0.18 mg/kg,respectively.0.20 mg/kg,0.18 mg/kg.Compared with the control group,Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken increased by 38.46%,17.65% and 28.57%,respectively.The study believes that the selenium content of 0.2mg/kg is a selenium-rich product.Therefore,the selenium content in the breast muscle of White Leghorn chicken meets the requirements of selenium-rich products,while the Bashang long-tail chicken and Dongxiang black chicken do not meet the selenium-rich requirements.6.Studies on the enrichment of DHA and EPA in Bashang long-tailed chicken,White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken eggs show: Bashang long-tailed chicken(DHA 1.0167%;EPA 0.6527%)> Dongxiang black chicken(DHA0.7470%;EPA 0.5590 %)>Bai Lai Hang Chicken(DHA 0.7370%;EPA 0.4527%).The DHA content in the eggs of Bashang Long-tailed chicken is 37.95% and 36.10%higher than that of White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken,respectively;the EPA content in Bashang Long-tailed chicken’s egg is higher than that of White Leghorn chicken and Dongxiang black chicken,respectively 44.18% and16.76%.It shows that the Bashang Long-tailed chicken has a strong ability to accumulate DHA and EPA.
