Kidney bean belongs to Phaseolus vulgaris species,An annual nearly twining or erect herb,Papilionideae(Papilionaceae).My country has abundant kidney bean resources,Long history of planting,It is the main exporter of kidney beans in the world.However,there are problems of mixed varieties,serious degradation,and confusion of naming in the kidney bean resources in my country.The utilization rate of kidney bean germplasm resources is low.This experiment is based on 251 kidney bean germplasm resources,Analysis of genetic diversity of its phenotypic agronomic traits and SSR marker loci,Including diversity analysis of agronomic traits Path analysis Cluster analysis Correlation analysis Partial correlation analysis Analy sis of Intraspecific Genetic Diversity Based on SSR Markers.Below are key research findings :1.The average coefficient of variation of the tested kidney bean resources is 35.903%,including the coefficient of variation of plant height,main stem thickness,first branch number,pod number per plant,pod shape,seed number per plant,100-seed weight,and yield per plant Larger,indicating that these trait resources have a large degree of variation,poor stability,high degree of dispersion,high variability,and a wide range of options.2.The average diversity index of the tested kidney bean resources was 1.836,among which the diversity index of pod length was the largest,with a value of 2.048;among the tested resources,pod length,pod width,yield per plant,number of main stem branches,and 100 seeds The weight,plant height,grain length,number of pods per plant,number of seeds per plant,and number of main stem nodes were all greater than 1.50,indicating that the variety of agronomic traits of the kidney bean resources tested was abundant.3.Through the correlation analysis of the tested kidney bean resources,the agronomic traits that have a very significant positive correlation with the yield per plant are plant height,main stem thickness,number of main stem nodes,number of main stem branches,pod shape,single Number of pods per plant,length of pods,number of seeds per plant,weight of 100 seeds.The above-mentioned traits all have a direct effect on the yield of kidney beans per plant;among the tested kidney bean resources,the correlation coefficients of plant height,pod number per plant,pod length,seed number per plant,and 100-seed weight are in the same direction as the direct path coefficient.There is an indirect positive effect on the yield of kidney bean resources per plant;the correlation coefficients of main stem thickness,main stem node number,first branch number,mainstem branch number,and pod shape are opposite to the direct path coefficient of the resource.It has an indirect negative effect on the yield per plant of the tested kidney bean resources.4.According to the correlation analysis,the plant height,main stem thickness,first branch number,main stem branch number,pod shape,pod number per plant,pod length,seed number per plant,and 100-seed weight of the tested kidney bean resources There is a correlation with the yield per plant of the tested kidney bean resources.Excluding the influence of other independent variables,the number of pods per plant,pod length,seed number per plant,and 100-seed weight are extremely significantly correlated with the yield per plant of the tested kidney bean provenance,and the plant height is correlated with the yield per plant of the tested kidney bean resources.It shows a significant partial correlation.The number of main stem nodes and the yield per plant of the tested kidney bean resources are negatively significant.Among them,the 100-seed weight has the largest partial correlation with the yield per plant of the tested kidney bean resources.The number of seeds per plant is several times.However,the pod length is the same,and the partial correlation between the number of main stem nodes and the yield per plant of the tested kidney bean germplasm resources is the smallest,showing a negative correlation.5.Through the morphological mark and analysis mark cluster analysis of the test resources and the NJ algorithm analysis,the test resources are divided into 3 subgroups.The results of the three analysis methods are basically the same,reflecting the clustering of morphological marks.Class analysis,the results are relatively reliable.6.Using 20 pairs of SSR primer marker loci to analyze the genetic diversity of the tested kidney bean resources,a total of 78 alleles(Na)were detected in the tested kidney bean resources with 20 pairs of SSR primers,and the size range of the alleles was 3-5,the average is 3.9;the effective number of alleles(Ne)of the tested kidney bean resource is 2.007-3.488,and the average is 2.519,indicating that the effective allele number of the tested kidney bean resource is medium;the tested kidney bean resource Shannon The index(I)size is 0.780-1.387,the average value is1.038,indicating that the community heterogeneity of the kidn ey bean resources is relatively large;the genetic diversity(H)of the test resources is 0.502-0.713,and the average value is 0.591;The genetic diversity of kidney bean resources is relatively large.
